8-17- 24. I want a manager to contact me. This is absolutely the last time I visit this location. Ordered crispy tacos, they snuck in soft corn tortillas hoping I wouldn't notice until I got home. All this after I stood and waited over 15 minutes beyond my pick up time, they could have said they were out of crispy tacos while I waited for them to start my order. Then none of the employees had a clue how to refund back to my card. One pop machine didn't work, the other had no coke, everything is was bitter with no flavor so I left with no drink. This place needs a deep clean, dirty. Even behind the counter is filthy. Garbage all over the floor. Online order not ready on time, not even started when I arrived at estimated time.
Online ordering not available anymore. They claim due to staff shortage. Not sure how ordering in person is any different than them reading a computer screen. Loved Qdoba but won’t return until this feature is brought back. Way to hard and confusing to order multiple meals for multiple people on a rushed assembly line. Guess they don’t want people’s business. I’ll take my money...
Read moreWe are a family of 6 that frequents your Willmar location. Needless to say it's not cheap but it's always been worth it, until today. The young lady working did not greet us but instead just starred. When my husband ordered the first item she would not allow him to order the others stating, "I'm doing them one at a time, it's easier for me". He asked for light queso, she piled it on, light pico, piled it on. He told her he asked for light and this young girl scoffed at him and rudely asked, "What? Do you want me to re-make it?" My husband asked her to let the other guy help him, which he kindly did. This young girl walked away rudely and whispered in another female coworkers ear while the young man helped with our orders. To top it off, he came home with bowls that were half empty. Worst experience ever at qdoba...aside from them going from customer to customer and task to task (wiping off the counter, refilling ingredients and bagging chips) without...
Read moreI was there at 4PM yesterday. Maybe that's shift change, I don't know. There was in excess of 6 people "working". One was filling an order, one was waiting to check out the customer in front of me. A bearded clown in the kitchen was doing a lot of yelling, both to the people in front, and to others just milling around in the food prep area. When the yelling subsided I assumed his shift was over, but, that wasn't the case. He and two others were smoking while standing in the back doorway. Smoke was wafting throughout the restaurant. Everyone was wearing gloves, two were wearing masks properly. The food was good, it always is, but the lack of any sort of professionalism overshadowed the food. I am not confident any food prep rules and/or guidelines were followed. Maybe some of them weren't employees, but they were behind the counter. It was more like a hangout that a place of business. I will avoid this place...
