I've been going to this Arby's location since the 1980s. I remember and miss the live tree that used to be in the dining room. It is always clean inside. I've always had good quality food that is hot whether I have eaten in the restaurant or gone through the drive-thru. My orders have always been correct and I've always had great, courteous service with the exception of only one time at a drive-thru visit. I would recommend this location to friends. *Sorry Arby's but I have to edit my review. Since leaving a great review for them I have since visited this location three times through the drive-thru. I understand that not everything is always going to be perfect and that some days will be better than others but two of those three visits the food was thrown out instead of being eaten.I decided to only order mozzarella sticks so that is the only item that they have to prepare so that we may have a chance of getting them when they are fresh and hot and melted inside instead of slightly warmer than room temperature cooled down string cheese sticks that have been dipped in grease and rolled in breadcrumbs. This evening I went through the drive-thru and ordered the cheese sticks and they were handed to me immediately after I paid about 30 seconds after pulling up to the window. As what is now expected the bag was slightly warm. I explained to the girl at the drive-thru, amanda, I had only ordered cheese sticks to ensure that they would actually be hot, not warm and unmelted. I asked if she could please drop a fresh order. She was nice and said yes. I waited for 3 minutes and she handed me the bag that felt hot. I waited a minute before taking them out of the bag since they SHOULD have been too hot to eat. I waited ONLY a minute, but I had string cheese dipped in oil and rolled in bread crumbs. Apparently the original order had been microwaved, placed in an oven or under a warming lamp so it would feel warmer. Unfortunately, this did nothing to melt the cheese inside the breading. Would it have been so difficult to simply drop a new order as politely asked? I guess so. I guess it will be too difficult for me to return and spend any more money there. I can go across the street to Mr Hero and have them made fresh without having to make a special request that they do so. Read moreI usually always leave an excellent revíew for this location. The food is usually always on point except on a few visits. But this last experience at the drive through was totally unacceptable as a customer. The guy taking my order (JOEL) had quite the attitude and was pretty snappy with me. I could barely here the guy over the intercom. I ordered something and he gets attitude over 5 PC poppers or 8 PC! Then I asked him about his customer service skills and tells him he has a attitude. He replies.... "It happens". Really? That's how Arby's does things now? Here's my information if Upper Management needs to fix a customers problem.

I would not normally even post a review this detailed but your employee was totally out of line with a paying customer. It's not the quality of your food. That's pretty much never an issue. Your employee needs to be dealt with. If he feels your customers aren't worth a bit of courtesy.... I went to the drive-thru at 7:30 on a weeknight, drove right up, I ordered a sandwich and a chocolate shake and some poppers, not a combo meal, and the girl said the total was $19. Confused, I drove up to the window, she said it was $19 again and I saw three orange shakes in the window. I said that I only wanted one shake, so she changed the order and only charged me for one shake. Then she closed the window after giving me my orange shake.
