Islands Fresh Mex Grill — Restaurant in Wilmington

This is my third visit and last. When I first gave my order I asked for the shrimp burrito (standard menu item) that shows it comes with black beans, seasoned rice, grilled shrimp, cheese, lettuce, pineapple pico, and cilantro lime crema. I asked no pineapple pico and could I just have regular pico. The gentlemen looked at me like he had no idea what I was saying. I repeated it again...a shrimp burrito with no pineapple pico only regular pico. I was then asked black beans or rice???? What??? I thought it came with both. He slaps both in a bowl. I said this is a burrito. He didn't respond and then he sent me down the line. I had to repeat again this is supposed to have shrimp. Now I'm thinking ok maybe they will wrap everything at the end. Once again the next gentlemen is asking what all I want as toppings. I repeat to him that this is supposed to be a shrimp burrito. He again ask what I wanted. Does no one know what the shrimp burrito is supposed to have on it? I just tell him to put everything on it as I am getting aggravated. I get to the bagger. I tell her this is supposed to be a shrimp burrito (because everything is still in a plastic bowl). She just bags it up and send me to the cashier. Once again I tell her this is supposed to be a shrimp burrito. Then she asked me why I didn't tell anyone. Ma'am I told three people before I got to you. She got a bit huffy and snatched the bag and took it over and dumped it all in a wrap and brought it back to me. Soooo rude! I am pretty sure the first gentlemens English skills were not up to par for being put in a position to communicate with customers (definitely not his fault). However, neither person after him corrected the issue. Then the third person acted as if it was my fault and I was being a bother. I will sorens my money elsewhere. Way too much aggravation...

Absolutely terrible customer service from the MANAGER on duty (7/9/24) I hope when the owner sees this the problem is quickly assessed, this left a terrible taste in my mouth and unfortunately I won’t be back to this location! I placed an online order for a 2 taco dinner special and a chicken + shrimp quesadilla! Normally I check my food at the restaurant when I do to-go orders but unfortunately I had my mother pick it up on her way home! When she arrived I immediately check my food and noticed that my quesadilla had NO shrimp and wasn’t cooked how I asked (crispy on both sides) & my fruit punch hi-c literally tasted like water! I swiftly called Islands & asked to speak to the manager a female answered and stated “How may I help you?” I asked “ are you the manager?” She says “How may I help you?” I then asked again “are you the manager? What’s your name?” She laughs and repeats “How may I help you?” intentionally not giving her name as the current manager on duty to know who I’m speaking with that’s handling my issue. At this point I’m annoyed so I tell her the situation about my quesadilla missing shrimp & she says “I’ll refund you for the shrimp” I say “Literally the shrimp?” She laughs and says “Yes you’re missing shrimp that’s $3.99 I’ll refund that” I laughed and said “You know what that’s fine, thank you!” The whole conversation was completely unprofessional & dismissive and for a manager to not give her name or apologize for the error + inconvenience on behalf of the employees she’s in charge of is insane! This isn’t the 1st or 2nd time this Islands location have made a error on my food or forgot something from my order enough is enough! Today is the next day (7/10) and I still haven’t received a message from Islands square number stating I was refunded nor does my bank have...
