Bally's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Wilmington

4 stars based off of portion size...and fresh chicken and rice...Nice sized portions... The general and sesame chicken was tender and cooked perfectly.. not overcooked at all... Tasted a little bland in flavor... So could have used just a little more sauce... Other than that they tasted alright... The pork fried rice... Was good... You can tell it was actually fresh for once... The chicken lo mein noodles... Were a little sticky... But they were edible and ok... The egg roll I believe may have been stale or refried... Im not sure.. but it tasted like grease... And we just trashed those.. they were no good... The homemade teas were sweet and delicious...I guess I would recommend this spot.. but honestly im not even sure... This may be a hit or miss type of...

This is my first time trying to order from here i literally spoke with the lady ordered my food told her I was paying 98% of my order with cash & the rest with card they tried to charge my card 3 different times with different amounts & when I called they were screaming at me hung up on me . When I called back the lady stated “oh we charge a 4% fee for using card machine “ when I explained to her now for the 2-3rd time she just brushed me off like would you still like to order . Like what kind of business is that ?? Your card machine charges what you put in the machine literally trying to charge me for paying for me food...

Very rude. I have two babies and I cannot come to the main door of my apartment complex to get the food, I live alone. And I understand because of Covid they don't want to come in. Cool. But my window is right in the parking lot of my complex and they wouldn't even give me my food through the window. They are sad. I called the store and the lady called the driver to get back on the phone with me to tell me no they can't hand me my food through my window. What's the difference between giving me my food through my window and at the door. Never dealing with...
