Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilmington

So wait in an extremely long line in the drive through. Get to the intercom hear nothing, wait and the traffic in line moved so I continue to go. Get to window just to order one med coffee, he won’t take my order and tells me to go back around and get in line again. After waiting over 25 min in the line to begin with. Already had to ditch the dd on n. College, now won’t be back to this one either. Don’t complain customers are rude if you are horrible at your job and lack any basic customer service skills. I usually go to Starbucks in the morning, this just happened to be the location I was in this morning, for 1.50 more, I always get on point coffee, great customer service, my order is always correct, and even when they have a long line, it moves pretty fast. If you want to save a a dollar or two go to DD. Where you will get sugar/cream with a dash of burnt coffee, and soggy bread that comes with un melted cheese or one piece of soggy bacon thrown in. It’s worse than cafeteria food. The ideas for food are okay, coming from the top, the issue is execution, you can’t make toast in a microwave, and the food seems like a serious afterthought even when being made, even when I used to try here, the bagels would have like a teaspoon of cream cheese on them and be rock hard. I have yet in to go to a decent dd where the items were edible here. That’s why this is my last choice and again they proved to me why it is today. Only reason DD IMO still is even here is because the north keeps them open. There prices are too close to better coffee shops now to keep them in business so we’ll see how long with these issues among with hiring teenagers and no...

This dunkin donuts has refused to serve a cancer patient because they were to busy putting donuts on a tray and left the customers to nothing...... We got there at about 10:30 pm the store was closed i was burning up after radiation and needed something cold to drink. the store was closed but the drive thru is open 24 hrs. we went thru the drive thru and noticed 2 people inside putting donuts on the trays i knocked on the window she looked up and kept putting donuts on the trays next i used the box under the window and said hey can i be helped please im a cancer patient and need something cold to drink please, she again looked up and continued to ignore us so i knocked again and still nothing.. I wrote to the main office about this and recieved a nasty call from what she said was a manager which i have kept. then i recieved a letter from the owner saying nothing like he didnt even read my complaint.

THe store is a 24 hour store, however it is only open thru the Drive Thru from 10pm to 5am.

good that is nice since we were at the drive thru at 11 pm so i dont think you understood that The part your saying is open 10pm to 5 am ok well 11 pm kinda fits into that ... not to mention the very rude phone call we got from one of the managers which my wife saved on her phone to play for someone so they can see how this is being handled not good at all ....

and never got a responce from either the main office nor the local store even after leaving my phone number for this reason dunkin donuts should be boycotted by all cancer...

I'm not sure what all these bad reviews are about. Most of them sound like lazy people not wanting to have to repeat their order so the associate gets it correctly as sometimes the headsets are not great or you may have a heavy accent! Or you're just too lazy to go back in and tell them you wanted your drink or sandwich another way. There's so many variables to each coffee and how they're made and you each know we all like our coffees a certain way and if you're willing to spend the money on dunkin you ARE already pickier than most coffee drinkers!

I'm from charlotte and have been here in wilmington for a couple days now because I travel for work. I usually order my dunkin in charlotte where I'm from and from the same exact dunkin for almost 4 years now. This dunkin has not only been beyond helpful and beyond wanting to correct anything even if I ordered my coffee the wrong way. I even forgot to grab my food picking up a mobile order one day and ordered delivery for another sandwich for myself (the other was for my fiance) since I was hungry now and they threw in the sandwich it forgot to pickup with no extra charge and no issues what so ever. All the employees are beyond helpful and so sweet.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE SAY SOMETHING TO THEM FIRST. don't run to Google and not even give them a chance to correct whatever your issue "Closed mouths don't get fed"....or atleast fed what they wanted. Smh. Yall...
