Frank's Deli — Restaurant in Wilmington

Crabs are small and very expensive wanted a dozen of large crabs but they was so small and they only gave 11 crabs and when i called to bring it to the attention they stated that it was 12 crabs. But i only seen 11 crabs so will never spend my money there again just so rude and disrespectful when u order crabs they say how many beers would you like them cooked with all i can do is smh and make sursre you court your crabs before you leave out there door cause they will argue you down when it was not that big of a feal just was letting them know they shorted me one crab and i wasn't coming all the way back for one crabbut i will never spend my money...

Omgoodness so sad the food is awesome the prices you can't argue. The phone and in store experience was horrible. The lady with the drawled on eyebrows that answers the phone and casher was so rude. I got hung up on she was very angry on the phone and at the store. I know I'm in the hood I was using my manners as if I was at the duponts. She talked to me with her back turned and taking my order at the same time. Another customer look at me and apologized for her behavior. Lord never in my life only in the hood. Get rid of the spanish cashier with the drawled on eyebrows. I can take my EBT...

I love Frank's Deli their crabs 🦀 are by far the best in the Wilmington Delaware area. Always meaty with good weight and after over a year of buying crabs from them I never got a bad crab 🦀 NOT one! I love the employees there always helpful and looking out for their customers safety during the pandemic. Im no longer just a few blocks away moved out side of Wilmington. I just wish they offered delivery but because their food and crabs 🦀are all that I've been lyfting!! Check them out next time you have a craving for seafood or crabs 🦀.
