Incredibly rude store manager. He rolls his eyes at people and turns his back on them. Ate here before, not best quality.
Im a doordash driver and had an awful experience today. The manager purposefully delayed my order by not telling the correct manager my order was there to be picked up.
This is the worst delivery I've ever been on. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:01 and told the dining room worker that Im here for doordash. He immediately approached the manager who was a tall man. As the employee told the manager that I was there he rolled his eyes and walked back in the kitchen. It was the manager that did this. I was waiting for over 10 minutes and approach the front end manager about why I was taking 10 minutes to have two items. She opened her eyes and said wow I've had your order ready for a while but no one told me you were here. I told her that the manager was alerted that I was here. She said he did not tell her this. She brought him up to the front counter by me and asked him why he did not tell her that doordash is there. He said oh well I had no idea she was here. I spoke up and said that's not true and pointed at the employee and said he just told you that I was here 10 minutes ago and I saw you acknowledge that. The employee looked at him and the front end manager looked at him and I said you're lying I saw him tell you that I was here. And the employee said yeah I did tell you she was here. And the front end manager turned his back and basically walked away. I have had issues with this manager being very rude before and it appears to me that he purposefully is delaying doordash orders. The front end manager had no idea why he did not tell her that the order was there but he kept lying and insisted that no one helped him learn I was there. The manager and the employee and the assistant manager for the front end we're all standing there at the front and customers were watching this happen. I've never met a manager so rude. The front end manager lady was very helpful and she said she has been there for a few weeks. The tall gentleman that is the manager seems rude and like he hates his job and like he doesn't want to be there in like he purposefully slows down doordash is because they get on his nerves. the owner needs...
Read moreEDIT BECAUSE WHY DID I COME AGAIN LOL?! ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and got one with nothing but cheese and an absurd amount of ketchup that’s all over the burger and bun lmfaoo all i can do is laugh at this point, this location is a joke absolutely the worst run mcdonald’s in town, NOT FAST FOOD, and the review before mine, absolutely right, the older lady who works at the inside register in the morning is extremely slow and rude, and the what i assume to be manager is just as rude and they both gave me an attitude about counting $2.30 in dimes which i had organized and counted already when i was standing there waiting to order for 30 minutes so i just went to the drive thru when it cleared up some, the only thing i even get from here anymore is an ICED COFFEE, i’ve been served moldy food at this location, i only go to get the iced coffee before work because it’s on the way and if they can’t get that right than that’s even more pathetic, but it’s always about a 15-20 minute wait just standing inside there waiting to even order. i won’t even be getting a coffee from here anymore because i wouldn’t be surprised if they’d spit in it. had to use the inside restroom once to find balled up soiled boxers in the first stall and what looked to be ash on the toilet in the bigger stall. the younger gentleman and lady that work in the drive thru are very sweet and kind though, great customer service, maybe the staff should learn from them, and the blonde ladies as well, there’s 3-4 decent employees out of the like 10 people that i’ve seen in the mornings, if i had a wish i would’ve never effed around with...
Read moreThis pertains to Store# 10472 at 822 S. College Rd. I was the ONLY Car in the drive-thru when I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a small fry. I paid and then on to the pick-up window when I noticed the Mgr. I waited..and waited for my order when I noticed the time on my receipt and the fact that I had been sitting there for almost 10 mins. By this time. One of the other mgr.(there were 3 there that night) had started bagging my order! When the Female Mgr. Finally turned around I waved at her and when she came to the Window right off the Bat she was Sweaty and looked aggravated. I told her that I had been waiting there for over 10mins. And I am the ONLY CAR in line and I asked for my order. Then BAM! She lost her mind and yelled at me that She was busy fixing the frappe machine and she would get to me! I told her that there wS 2 more mgrs. And could they get me my order. She yelled something and slammed the windown closed. After about 5 more minutes..mgr.#2 and #3 all came with attitudes and when I asked them their names they told me that they didn't have to give me their names! Finally..after almost 20 min. I got my order. This happened on 12/19/23 and the Next Day..I called McAnderson's and the lady told me she would forward my complaint to the area Mgr. And I've called McAndersons every other day and All they will say is I've forwarded your complaint. But as of 1/4..I still Haven't heard from anybody concerning this matter! Terrible Customer Service and an Owner who doesn't care about their Store Employees treating Customers anyway...
