Called for Fisherman’s platter delivery tonight, and I should have known when the woman answered the phone that my order would be screwed up! I had to spell out my street which is only 5 letters three times!! First she told me she had no clams, so I told her extra scallops. The driver had to call me cause he couldn’t find whatever street she wrote down, so my food was not hot! Secondly, there were plenty of clams in the order, and 4 scallops that were not cooked enough, one small piece of haddock, and onion rings they were like an inch wide and missing half the batter as they were stuffed in the container! My husband said clams & shrimp were good. (I don’t dad) and the FF were good! Don’t ever order fish from Peters. Terrible! And don’t expect ur delivery to be right when the woman answered the phone! I should have known from previous deliveries, but after I spelled it out 3 times I figured she got it right! Nope! But I do have to say, their roast beef sand are good, and their chicken kabob salad! Ordered dinner from here tonight for the second time. Last time was acceptable and this time the roast beef was not even sliced correctly. Gave them the chance to make it right and followed up with a phone call. Once the call was answered I spoke with the lady who took my order and she put me on hold for a second. A man picked up and was told I was wrong and that it was me. I am done with this place and highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. There are quite a few other places in town with excellent roast beef, and a hell of a lot better service. We moved to Wilmington in November. We have tried this place 5+ times. Tonight we ordered two salads and an order of mozzarella sticks. First of all it took 1.5+ hours to arrive (we are less than 1.5 miles away). Second, the mozzarella sticks were ice cold and the salad with chicken was wilted because it had clearly been sitting for a very long time. Third (and this has been every single time we have ordered). when you call to find out what could possibly be taking so long they say "all orders have been sent out it should be there any minute".
