Damn this place was good! Every aspect too - the people, atmosphere, alcohol, food, and dogs lol. One of the workers has two beautiful Australian shepherds, and I don’t know if the best part was eating their pizza or being around the dogs. I went with people from my work and we split three pizzas; a mozzarella, white and sausage. All were absolutely delicious. They had a little flop, amazing taste, and were crispy. The owner was so nice and was a really cool guy. The atmosphere was chill and had comforting vibe. The pizza is apizza style and it’s legit. If this spot was in New Haven, it would still do very well. Everyone also said their drinks were really good and someone loved the sauerkraut hotdog.

Valley Craft is one of those rare gems that instantly feels like home. Travis and his team are absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure everyone’s having a great time. The food is excellent (seriously, everything on the menu is a hit), and the vibe is unbeatable. It honestly reminds me of Cheers—the kind of place where everyone knows your name. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or spending the evening with friends, Valley Craft is always the right call. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to VCA for our first time today for lunch. We each had one of their great beers and we ordered 2 pizzas expecting to take the leftovers home. Well, the beer is really good and the pizza is fantastic. We had the Soppressata without onions and the Margherita. Absolutely awesome. The server was super nice and very attentive. The local pizza scene has gone from nightmarish to having a few really good places. We will definitely be back.

Loved that this was a historic building with so much character and history.

There was no one to check us in or greet us when we arrived at the inn. Instead we were sent the room information, wifi, and lock password via email.

It's in a great part of town, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and a quick drive to Mt snow.

We loved that there was a brewery and pizza restaurant we within the same building during our stay. The view of the river was quite beautiful too, and a plus! There is very little to do at the hotel, aside from eat, so would definitely recommend as a safe and clean place to stay while coming to the area for other attractions, but not really to hang out at the hotel for long.

I would recommend bringing some board games or cards with you for something to do, since they have a bunch of tables set up inside.

There was no TV in our room, and the walls are quite thin (the downside of staying in a historic building), so plan on being on the same sleep schedule as your neighbors! Additionally, the showers are very small with no bathroom fan.

While the amenities lack a bit, being in a historic landmark in the middle of the downtown is a fun experience that I recommend to those looking for a basic accomodation...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Craft Beer & Pizza Heaven!

If you’re a fan of craft beer and pizza done right, do yourself a favor and get to this place ASAP.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming — think cozy neighborhood vibes with just the right amount of energy. The beer list? Phenomenal. You can tell these folks care about quality.

But let’s talk about the pizza. I’ve had my fair share of pies, but this was next-level. Thin, crispy crust with just enough chew, fresh toppings, and flavor combos that show real creativity. The absolute standout was the ricotta topping — creamy, rich, and almost cloud-like in texture. It melted into every bite and elevated the whole experience. I never knew ricotta could be this magical.

Staff were super knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about what they do.

Whether you’re a beer nerd, a pizza purist, or just hungry for something memorable, this spot delivers. Already planning...

Pizza and beer were great. Location ideal to mountains with a cute downtown you can walk to. It’s great that you can hang out at the pub downstairs and walk upstairs to your room. Clearly the owners have done a lot of work and it continues.

I spent two nights at the inn part upstairs. The bed was very hard, bathroom very small and a lot of noise from the road is heard in the room. The walls are paper thin and everything can be heard. I thought the “no front desk” feature was nice at first, because it was easy to get the door code and let yourself in. However, when the police had to come in the middle of the night because a guest was screaming frantically, I realized how nice it would be to have someone on property. While not the inn’s fault, the situation was rather disturbing and no one reached out to other guests to address the issue. Even an email to reassure guests all is okay would have been nice.

This isn’t a complaint, just the experience I had at the time...
