Have had good and bad experiences here overall the food is almost always pretty decent however. Multiple times now, I have pulled up nearly an hour before they close to a line of cars all waiting for someone to take an order then after sitting for 15-20 minutes people start leaving, then you pull up to the window and they say they have to close early.... SHUT OFF YOUR MENU LIGHTS if you need to close early. You do nothing but waste so many peoples times late at night when they just got off work and want to pick up something quick... common courtesy is lacking in this establishment. They can never stay open their full time and they always just leave it all up as if they are open, I personally believe it's just a few bums who don't want to work and just claim they are understaffed when it's 3 bodies in there that I can see, and they just "close early" so they can just clean it and leave right on time even though they don't close for an entire hour or more.
Edit: the place is still crap, drive through lights don't work, impossible to tell if they are open or not since they still often close super early or act like they can't make food at like 8 or 9pm. No one helps when you walk in, they all just stand there and act like "not my job" . They are careless and clueless 99% of the time. If it weren't for the food being halfway decent, I'd never go here. But their competition isn't much around here.

Read moreUpdated 5-8-2025. I placed an order in the app. It doubled billed my bank account. I get to the speaker box and I'm told they do not have an order for me. I am made to sit there over 5 minutes. Finally I'm told to drive to the window. CODY demanded to see my bank account proof and my app proof. He sees my order in the app, but says it's not in my history so it doesn't exist. $20.54 & $22.58 were pending in my account. CODY then proceeds to cuss me out for using the app to order. Serious horrible words. I drove away in tears. I called my husband he said come home. I ended up not eating anything because I was so upset. I never even got mad or raised my voice the whole time but it's my fault they don't have my order. I know the problem was on the store level because the pending charges disappeared from my bank account. And my money was released right after I got home. So the store had to cancel my order on their end. Don't worry, I have a screenshot of my bank account. I'm done with Wendy's completely. Read moreI used to go here every day. Mostly due to the girl in the drive thru, Stacie. (I found out her real name is Erica). She was SO nice, and had a knack for really getting my day started off in the best way. When I started coming inside to eat, I seen how she was working, and I was shocked to see how hard she was working, being a shift manager, I was told. One day I came in, and it was busy. Stacie was working hard as usual, but she seemed flustered. I soon found out why. HER manager, the store manager, Sandy, was screaming at her. I understand getting in an employees rear for mistakes, but what she was yelling at her for couldn't of been just her fault. As I watched on, I realized it was exactly that, she was yelling at her for EVERYBODY'S screwups, and at the top of her lungs and in front of everybody. I was so upset to see this.
