Cook Out — Restaurant in Wilson

Theyre ok. But sloppy. Take out only. I orderd a small hamburger with Only chopped onions and mayo, and a chicken strip Platter. I paid $7.18 ( no drink), I pulled out. When I looked in the bag I had a small Dry hamburger with only onions! And 2 chicken strips! 1.99 hamburger and 3.99 for 2 chicken strips! I never got the Platter that I paid for. It was horrible! I went to Bo-Jangles for my fries & drink. So it costs me about $10. For a SMALL burger + fries + drink+ 2 strips. At two different places. Because COOKOUT Didnt give me what I asked and Paid for! The line was so long I couldnt go back to return it. I will NOT go there Anymore! Oh yeah, be real careful if you ever add cheese or tomatoe or Anythinggg on your burgers there, they Charge extra for Every little thing. My husband had bought a few of us a burger each one night He paid about $24.00 for 6 regular burgers. He had gotten cheese and lettuce& tomatoe on some of them. Thats about 4.00 for 1 reg. burger. Not a Big one or Double!...

If you get bacon from this place be sure to check it before eating! They served my pregnant wife 2 strips of totally RAW bacon on a wrap...looked like it was fresh off the pig and slapped on a wrap...called the manager ( this guy was def not the gm)to let them know and advised him of the dangers of serving people (especially pregnant people!!) Raw and uncooked meat. His reponce left me speachless...guy tells me sir our raw bacon doesn't have salmonella...no sorry no nothing...saved the bacon to show someone the next day. A woman was there I showed it to her and she looked and says yup that's totally raw that's so gross. Never once did I receive and apology nor was I compensated for the $ I wasted. I'm just glad my wife noticed it before she consumed a sespool of germs and bacteria. Could have seriously harmed her and our unborn child. Cooking bacon isn't rocket science... Beware of the...

Ordered a spicy chicken tray with cheese lettuce, tomato and mayo on it with seasoned fries and hushpuppies and a oreo mint shake. Got my order with a dry sandwich only cheese on it with chicken nuggets and fries and a regular oreo shake. Took the order back up about the side items young lady at the walk up window was very rude. Was at the walk up window with her mask around her neck taking and passing out orders. Seemed she was having or had a bad day. We were given the milkshakes with ice cream all outside the cup, asked for napkins ,that seem to be an inconvenience for her. Ketchup packets were so sticky we could not use. Got my hushpuppies that took a while to get. By the time I opened my sandwich I was just frustrated and said forget it. This is the worse experience I have ever had at a cookout. The food is usually served quick hot and fresh. Very disappointed with the food...
