I come here often for the special potato on monday. My husband loves it and i love all of their food options so we don’t mind spending our money here. I love that they have a drive thru, the food is always up to par, and the service is always good but there is one specific worker who always gets me right and makes it 10x more worth it. The young man who i think is the manager not only is excited to serve you but if something is wrong he will do his best to fix it. Someone came in and bought 8 of those potatoes right before i came to get my 2. I was already having a long day and was ready to get home so this was very inconvenient as it would be for anyone else. He told me i could wait about 30 minutes or get something else. We told him we’ll wait cause like i said my husband really loves those potatoes lol. Still frustrated and just ready to end the day i complained on my app since that’s where i ordered it and the customer service was okay i guess. I got a refund but the text chat customer service was hard to work with and couldn’t text me back correctly for some reason. I pulled back into the drive thru not even 30 minutes later just to see if they’d be done and the manager not only gave me my food even though the order was refunded he gave me two drinks and cookies to make up for it. I placed an order for 17 people originally, I was then told to change it to 20 but could not do so online so I contacted them directly and it took me TWO days and THREE levels of management for them to figure out how to edit my order. I fear something as simple as editing an order or sending an updated invoice should be known AT LEAST by the GM. This catering cost my organization $309… okay not a problem, the problem is the portions are NOT $309 worth. The portion sizes look for about ten people max, IF THAT. It’s especially sad because I don’t even see the difference in what it could’ve possibly looked like if I kept it at 17 people… the charge to add 3 people was $46, I can’t even tell a difference!!
I recommend you reassess your catering portions or prices because this was really ridiculous. I had to practically beg for more cucumbers and the young girl was nice enough to provide me with some more. Anyone could look at the images and realize that this catering is not meant...
Read moreThis was a frustrating experience. I ordered on the app for take out. I waited until the app said the order was ready and pulled up at the drive-thru window. The girl that was working told me to give her a minute - no problem. I waited 25 minutes before gently honking the horn. Nothing. I watch a woman come up and get a take out order. I finally decide they’ve either forgotten or don’t care so I drive around and park to walk inside. The girl who told me to give her a minute will not even look at me and completely ignores me when I say that I had been waiting at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. I may have been visibly frustrated but was not yelling or raising my voice. Another worker who I presume is the manager comes over and tells me to not yell at the “child”. The food takes almost 10 minutes to “finish” being done so now I’ve waited over 30 minutes. No apology or acknowledgement for the very long wait. Go home to ice cold food.
