Food: There were seven in our party. First, my food came out...cold wings, cold tots. The lady who dropped it off, asked who's order the plate belonged to and because of the loud atmosphere, I had to ask her to repeat it. She then said, "LIKE I SAID, ten piece wings....(while rolling her eyes). Once I realized it was mine, I let her know and she slammed the plates down in front of me. At first, I thought maybe it was an accident, but my children pointed it out; thus confirming what I thought had taken place. Next, 20+ minutes later, my mother, stepfather, and one of my daughter's food came out...cold. Lastly, 20+ minutes after that, my wife, son, and other daughter's food came out...cold. The food was gross; cold, hard, and sad. We were there over 1.5+ hours throughout this episode of purgatory. Also, we noticed other customers seated around us conversing about their experiences being the same...terrible.
Atmosphere: So loud you could not hold a conversation.
Customer Service: Our original waitress took our order, but she did not bring our food. We had to flag down a waiter-in-training a couple of times to get our food and we received no refills from anyone during our entire stay. Notably, our cups looked dirty. Once our waitress showed up, she nonchalantly said, "y'all ok" and walked away before we could say anything. But, as I expected she showed up smiling when it was time to reward her with a tip...she did not EARN one, so she did not get one.
Price: The price was absolutely not worth the money. It's expensive for these chicken nuggets and the food is no better than microwave chicken bites and Tyson oven chicken wings.
Conclusion: As a person who has managed small and large organizations, this place is chaos...there seems to be no order of operations. This was where my mother wanted to go for her birthday, so we figured we'd try the Wilson store. We were wrong. If I had to some up this experience in one word...lousy. Sadly, the grand finale is my wife is sick tonight...most likely the lousy food. If I could have put no stars, I would. The Wilson BWW needs to be shut down. We...
Read moreI don’t understand some of the bad reviews, I think how you treat them is what you get in return, honestly. Every time I walk in, every employee who makes eye contact with me has a smile on their face and goes above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service. The longest I’ve had to wait for a table was seven minutes and that was only once- I’ve been eating here for years. The waitresses always ask what drinks I would like immediately and continuously check back in before I’m even able to pick out which food I’d like to order. They’re always so polite and patient when they’re taking my order and answer the questions I have in detail without wasting time. Once I order, there is a wait. Wanna know why there is a wait? Because they’re making fresh, hot food for me to eat and this ISN’T a fast food restaurant. They’re actually cooking my food, real food. I never notice the wait time because I’m usually accompanied by someone whose presence I enjoy, so we talk and laugh until the server brings our delicious, hot, fresh food. Then I can dig in! Without fail, my servers have more drink ready for me before I run out and frequently check in to ask if I’m alright or need anything. When it’s time to print the check, they bring it to me but then add that I’m welcome to take as long as I need to finish eating and that I don’t have to rush. No matter how many times I send them running around for more sauce or carry out boxes, they enthusiastically attend to my desires to make sure I have an incredible dining experience. I love this restaurant. The employees excel and that reflects well on the management too. This is an all-around great place to eat....
Read moreWhile our server Kiki was amazing and attentive to our table. The food wasn’t great. Appetizers were over cooked. We were offered two ways to pay, by cash or by “text to pay”, being that we didn’t have cash on us to use we had no choice but to use this “text to pay” option. After trying to use this option 3 times we told our server that we couldn’t get it to work. She called over the manager Melissa to assist. Melissa had a nasty attitude asking where the phone was that we were using and asked to see it but was able to get the “text to pay” to go through. I asked the manager when did the “text to pay” become an option to which she stated that it had been in place for about a year. I had just visited this location a few months ago and knew that wasn’t correct. In my opinion, this “text to pay” option takes away from customers and servers. Prior to leaving our table Kiki brought us to go boxes without us asking her to do so. We talked to her for a few minutes and just as we were grabbing our things to leave the manager called Kiki to the back. After a minute or two we could hear yelling coming from the back. When you have a manger that has the IQ of a four year old and attitude to go along it comes as no surprise to hear the ranting and raving of the temper tantrum being thrown about. I hope that Kiki finds a place of employment that appreciates the work she does and management that...
