I personally went to the store today to get my new iPhone 16 paired with my existing Apple Watch, which is a series 3 it was paired with my old phone that I turned in when I traded phones. At the time I was unaware that I needed to do a factory data reset on my Apple Watch. I went to the Verizon store in Wilson, North Carolina and I was approached by the store manager and the only manager at this facility named Justin. He approached me with an attitude to begin with I told him What I needed and my dilemma. He did not help me what he did tell me though was that the series 3 watch was too old to pair with my new iPhone 6 and that the software was not compatible so I left the store I went to my car I googled and did some research to see if the software was not compatible. I did find out that it is compatible and all I needed to do was do a factory data reset on my watch so while I was sitting in the Verizon store parking lot, I completed the task of doing the factory data reset on my watch. I paired the phone with my watch and it works perfectly now I feel like Justin was just fishing for commission and that is fraudulent and lying to the clients or customers so anyone going to the store please watch out for Justin. I cannot speak for anybody else at the store, but please watch out for him because he is not telling the...
Read moreWent in to the Verizon store today about a screen protector. My sons screen protector was lifting and had bubbles under it. The lady was so rude and told me he needed to register it. It's an OtterBox alpha flex and you do NOT register that type! She should know this since she works there! OtterBox is the ones that told us to go to our carrier to have them help us! Since she was of no help I called OtterBox and they apologized for the way we were treated though it wasn't their fault and they said they would just go ahead and send us another one with no charge for it and they also said they wouldn't even make us pay for shipping. They also confirmed that you do not register screen protectors with them! I don't have the woman's name from Verizon but she's the short stout black woman at the Verizon store in Wilson NC! I have never been treated so badly at Verizon! My entire family has Verizon as our carrier but we are seriously considering leaving! You don't treat customers you care about like this! I've been with Verizon for 13 years! I expect to be treated with respect and...
Read moreThis Verizon Store is a home office store. They will work with you much better than the Verizon Authorized Stores. Stay away from the Verizon Authorized Stores and visit the home office stores. They will take better care of you and are more friendlier. I have been with Verizon for 22 years. Went in the store yesterday to get a new phone and the customer representative didn't want to offer to help transferring my contacts and pictures. I've been a customer for a very long time and find this unacceptable. She said I can show you how to transfer them. No it's your job and what you get paid for to transfer my information to my new cell phone. I bragged about this store but will NOT ever be going back to the Wilson store again. They are trained to transfer all information to a new phone but got an attitude when I asked them to do it. If you are looking for a new phone and want them to transfer your contacts and pictures, I would choose another...
