Last night at 11:15 on July 30th I had the most unprofessional experience, I had ordered the new duo deal to then wait for 15 minutes with only me and another car in the drive thru. I did honk and I do admit that was provoking to an extent but after 10 minutes I’m already frustrated as well, after that there was a young man named Robert (which was the name given to me) looked at me rudely for no less then 10 seconds which is very unsettling for me, so I drove off to then call to find out the name of this employee and the manager James (he also just gave me this name) said he won’t be giving me his name and hung up on my face . At this point I felt that was very unprofessional. I call again to find out his name again and he’s cussing me out to then just give it up. He didn’t give me the corporate number nor the store number. I think these employees need to learn how to calm down hungry waiting customers instead of getting confrontational with them. To be yelled at by the manager tonight and lied too because I waited 15 minutes in a drive thru line with only me and another car is super crazy. Read moreThe lobby is fairly empty if the homeless isn't inside. As I order my food I see a couple very dirty with several dirty bags starring out the window. After ordering my food, I notice the male digging in the trash can outside. That confirmed homeless. They stayed in the lobby well after I left. Then there are a series of flies you have to fight while placing your order. The fountain 101 choices screen was filty. Sticky stuff on screen along with what appears to be food products. The lobby was filthy, all tables had food and drink stains. Trash is over flowing to the point you cannot put trash inside and customers started putting ontop. Parking lot is filled with homeless. This was my first and last time to the facility and my last. This is a hispanic friendly BK only. Cashier smiles and greet hispanic but any other( including whites) are greater as if we are wasting their time or they have better things to do. I was one of two people in line with the first person already ordered. I ordered two plain sandwiches and a value drink. Meat, cheese, bun. Took awhile for me to get my order. I would not...
Read moreOn April 8th 2023 at just after 7:30pm I went through the drive thru. There was a small line but should not have been to bad. After a short I pull up to the order speaker and the feed back is so bad I have no idea what the employee said. After nearly a full they come back, clearly with thank you for waiting. If this drive thru had a pull out I would have left. So I order the Swiss and Bacon Royal chicken sandwich meal, I said meal. She back okay your total is $7.?? At the window. I figure whatever they seem to not be able to handle this short line. It's probably 7:36pm at this point. I pull forward and wait. Two car in front of me. 7:43 get to window and pay, get my receipt card and sandwich and pull out at 7:44pm. I have had better overcooked chicken sandwiches from a grocery store. First I ordered a meal and they never acknowledged it Second, no bacon on the sandwich Third so much mayo and lettuce I could not taste the chicken Fourth only my first bite had tomato.
