I had ordered through the drive thru and asked for a "venti skinny iced vanilla latte with 1 add shot". Barista repeated my order back to me to confirm. At the window they handed me a hot drink. Confused I said I had requested ice. Barista offered to make me a new drink, not wanting to be rude or have them spend extra time on a busy morning, I just asked for a cup with ice so I could transfer the liquid myself. Barista apologized about the mix up and I said it was no big deal and thanked them for service. I pulled into the parking lot in front of the store to transfer my liquid into my iced cup and got about 3/4ths full before my coffee started pouring all over my driver seat and center console. Realizing I had received a cracked and broken iced cup I went back into drive thru to request a fix. I explained what had happened and the barista asked me if I wanted another ice cup. ???? I had to ask for them to fix me another drink and explained again that my coffee was now soaked into my driver seat and all over my car. They told me to pull forward, no apology was given, no thank you. Just, "please pull forward we'll make your drink now." I get to the window and they offer me my drink and just tell me "here you go". Again, no apology, no offer for napkins to clean my mess just a "get out of my driveway attitude" just got to drive off with my soaked driver seat and soaked shorts, sticky center console and a bright mood severely diminished by terrible customer service after I had already been understanding and nice while they fixed their original first mistake. I personally work in customer service myself, I do not like to be "that customer" that yells or gets an attitude with the staff for honest mistakes, I understand their busy morning and shrugged it off as hey it's one of those days don't worry about it joke with the barista. The customer service I received the second time through my drive through was just dismissive and uncaring. Needless to say I won't be returning to this store, had the barista offered a simple apology for a broken ice cup that she herself handed me or even just offered me napkins to clean up the coffee mess in my car I would have been fine and shrugged it off. I'm extremely upset at this service and hope this feedback gets to the correct person(s) to make sure if there is a potential next time with similar mishaps they treat their paying and loyal customers with more...
Read moreI feel bad for this place. They are in a crappy part of town and it is sad that their service reflects that. I don’t wanna be one of those people, but I guess I am gonna be one of those people. I have come to this place so many times ordering a basic basic cup of coffee just to get some caffeine when I’m on my way and no matter what happens every single time through the drive-through they managed to screw up the most basic thing. And I tip every single time. But this last time made me just have to post the review. An Americano with a splash of cream how hard is that? Every single time there’s no cream or it’s so hot. It’s gonna kill you if you spell it. I do not understand how this can be so hard. And then this last time I went back three different times the girl actually fills it all the way up to the brim so when I take a sip, it’s dripping down the front of my whole outfit. And then I have to turn around and go back in. Their service and coffee making skills are the worst I have ever seen. Plus they charge about $.75 more than any other Starbucks cause I buy the same thing at every single place I go. But this place is the...
Read moreI have had great service and today as in a few other days, not so great. Sometimes this location is hit or miss. What hit me the wrong way is how the drive thru gal handled the sale. My card declined on a $22 purchase. So its always handled a little awkwardly. This young lady could have been way more pleasant. Instead she treated me very awkwardly. I would have had a smile or at least a positive attitude if this happened. I would tell the customer the register won't complete the sale. And it could just be the bank have has the account on hold to check with you on purchases...or our register is malfunctioning with your card. That's what they were doing in my case. This not so nice young lady proceeded to say this usually happens when there is not enough cash to cover the sale and do I have another credit card....like I was trying to get it for free or something...she never smiled once during the sale. I told her i had at lljust been paid and it is a fine balance. She seems pretty young and wears a braid in her brownish hair with highlights and glasses...is fairly thin body build. I hope you all have a better experience...
