Okay so when they were at their old location they were fabulous, I had no problems with my food for the most part and everything was lovely. HOWEVER; Since they’ve moved to the bypass location I’ve had nothing but trouble. First, my food had hair in it as well as my girlfriends, when I called back they were closed so I waited til morning. Spoke to a very nice man who gave me credit on my account and apologized profusely. After that I waited a few days and then called again to redeem my credits in hope to give this location a 2nd chance, I had the most difficult time trying to place my order with the employee who stumbled through attempting to take my order as if I was speaking some alien language. Then when I tried to explain I had credit on my account she simply sat the phone down while I sat through a conversation between her and her co workers speaking about my order and my credit the girl taking my order explaining that I’d “apparently” found hair and another exclaiming “SHE DID NOT!” anyway, the girl finished taking my order after some time of figuring out my credits and using them. She did not get my delivery address and then simply said “thank you” and the line went dead. I THINK I’m waiting on my order now. I almost hope I’m not though. This place is a joke. Only giving it the second star because I feel bad for the people who have to work here. It’s probably not their faults to be honest. They should be...
Read moreI ordered 2 sandwiches at work today for me and a coworker, I ordered at exactly 10:50am and was given an estimated delivery of 20-30 minutes. I had gotten busy with work and noticed at 11:25 we still had no food so I pulled up the dominos tracker.. it said your order was inspected for quality at 11:06. I had a previous incident where my food was mixed up with a take out order so I called to ensure it wasn't just sitting there waiting for me, when I called I was on hold for 5 minutes, it was at this point 11:47 when I spoke to someone. a guy answered the phone and this is how the conversation went after giving him my information on my order.. EMPLOYEE: we've had 20 deliveries today and only a few drivers ME: I understand and that's fine but you shouldn't have given me a wait time of 20-30 minutes, I would have went elsewhere so I didn't get old cold food. EMPLOYEE: its been under a heat lamp so it wont be cold ME: so it'll just be old food? EMPLOYEE: no it just came out of the oven ME: really? I got a notification on my phone saying it came out at 11:06. He hung up on me and I didn't get my sandwiches until 11:57 they were in fact cold as well as...
Read moreI had specific notes on my online order to call or text on arrival. When I got a text from the driver, I text back to say I was on my way, just to get another text saying they left and that I needed to call the store. Even though I had time stamp proof that the text were back to back, the store was unwilling to have the driver turn around and was requiring that I came and picked it up myself. This is an inconvenience to a customer and the lack of urgency to assist a customer was astonishing. Instead what I had to deal with was a facetious employee who has no regard for customer satisfaction. On top of that, I was fed pure out lies. He said that the driver couldn't go back because she was too busy on other deliveries. But, if that was the case, why did I hear her in the background back in the store. I will not be ordering from this store, ever. And anytime anyone mentions pizza where I work (a call center with a LOT of people) I will be letting them know why NOT to choose Domino's. Don't be so quick to be ok with losing a customer. Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing...
