Sleep Number — Hotel in Winchester

I was so happy to order my sleep number bed. Finally a bed that will help my sleep apnea and back pain. I ordered the adjustable base and mattress and frame and headboard. I had to wait 3 months for a custom head board and bed frame. When the delivery men arrived they said it will not fit up the stairs. Excuse me? When was that ever brought up? I was told it would be assembled in the house. So they gave me the option to reject the whole order or keeps pieces of it such at the mattress itself. I rejected the whole thing Because the piece i really needed was the adjustable base and that's the one that will not fit. I had to call customer service and cancel my whole order and then they told me that the customized headboard is a final sale. The only saving grace was after i spoke to a supervisor, they were able to not charge me for that. Im am so sad and disappointed at the lack of training during sales. I even got rid of my son's bed because he was going to get my bed. Now my 13 year old is without a bed. No compensation or anything but a few "im sorrys". This is terrible sales service and not so great...

I recently purchase a sleep number bed from Andy The in-store help was great and greatly appreciated and a delivery team did a great job. Answer that that's where it fell apart The toll free number to dial for help is rudest uncooperative help department at any of the years I have dealt with help based on that it would not recommend anybody to buy the product because of the help department.

Support was rude I'm cooperative actually told me they're not there to answer any questions for the customer. They actually told me they don't help customers on the phone and they do not stay connected to you while you're on the phone they hang up immediately

You can buy product anywhere what sets companies apart is your support and your people if the people are no good this is what you're going to get in the future when...

We recently purchased a few Sleep Number beds from the store in Winchester, Va. We were greeted at the door by Andy. His introduction and demonstration of the products were very informative and he went to great lengths to explain every feature. Kristi was working along side with Andy, as she was in training. Both Andy and Kristi were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and they allowed us plenty of time to make decisions and we didn’t feel pressured at all. It’s rare to find this level of customer service, professionalism, and honesty these days, but Andy and Kristi knocked it out of the park!
