My rating is based on average experience thus far ... Today was an all 5 stars day because of Mark ... they re-opened late May 2025 after several years of this location being closed. They've definitely had some growing pains with training/learning. First time I went in there, I wanted to get behind the counter & show them how they could be so much more productive ... worked pizza in college & I know a lot about how to keep it moving! Also sucks that you have to say 'human' then 'something else' when you call to get AI to transfer you to the store rather than some person in or outside the US! Mark is friendly, helpful & apparently knows how to do things that nobody else has mastered yet, including finding a credit for me that I was told was "lost". I spoke to people at the store & also had communication with a rep via email regarding some issues, told again by Amber that once you use part of the credit, the whole credit is used. How insane is that? But Mark took the time to find it. He was very kind, very understanding & made me an EXCELLENT pizza!!! Anytime he's working I know things will be good!!! Hats off to this guy ... he deserves to be recognized for his service, resilience & sense of humor. If he stays with Domino's I certainly hope he is recognized & promoted for his contributions. Read morePizza night is a big thing for us. Unfortunately, it will need to be another night. Ordered online. Tracker not working. Ok, whatever. Delivery driver came and gave us the wrong pizzas. Flagged him down before leaving. Said he was going to tell the restaurant. After waiting a bit I called anyway to just see if my food was coming. Nope. They didn't know. In fact, when I called, the girl gave me attitude saying I didn't order from them. It was an online order. I don't choose where it gets delivered from. Your location was in my email confirmation. It was you. Now it's way too late for the kids to have pizza night. Tried them once....
