This picture shows what Longhorn advertises as a Flo's Filet on top versus what my Mother was served on the bottom!! We had the worst experience ever here. We took my Dad out for his birthday to the Bethlehem Longhorn. The restaurant was not busy but we still had to wait a very long time to be acknowledged by a server. My mom ordered a Flo's Filet and I ordered a Steak salad. Please note that we have eaten at Longhorns many, many times over the years and I worked as a waitress at one for a period of time while I was in college. This experience was unlike any we had ever had before. We waited a long time for our food and when it arrived I was shocked to see what they served my mom as a Flo's Filet. Not only was this clearly not a Flo's Filet but my steak and hers were both overcooked. We sent them back and the second "Filet" they brought her was the same as the first. (See Picture). We told our waitress that this was clearly NOT a Filet and she brought out the manager. (Sha?) Not once did he apologize and to make matters worse he tried to tell us that this pathetic piece of meat was indeed a Filet but that the cook had to "SQUISH IT FLAT" in order to cook it medium well?!? You have got to be kidding me!! I have never experienced such an obvious lie!! The whole time this was happening I was still waiting on my meal to be brought back out. My Dad had already finished his burger and by this point the experience was ruined. My mom never got to eat a steak at all and my meal was not brought out until we had already paid and were leaving. We rarely saw our waitress and had to wait for long periods of time for drink refills. The manager seemed irritated and never apologized and after lying about the filet he never returned to our table. We will not be back to this restaurant. We have been fans of Longhorns for over 20 years but this experience has put a stop to that. Unbelievable!! Long Horn's should be ashamed that they would try and pass off a sirloin steak as a filet not once but twice and then when they were called out make up outlandish lies!! Unbelievable!!!!

We went to Longhorn today (the second time this week) and when we arrived nobody was around. No hostess. We waited for a few minutes and when nobody appeared, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was helpful. We ordered drinks and then she came back to take our order. We decided to get the same thing we had on Tuesday because it had been THAT good! The order was two NY strip steaks. We ordered them the exact way we had it previously. Medium. They came out quickly but when we cut into them, they were very red and bloody. Not at all how we had them before. It wasn't a big deal, we asked them to cook them longer so they weren't as bloody and red and then the manager came over. We told him they were waaay too rare. He asked how we wanted them cooked, and we told him. He proceeded to tell me, "If I were to order this, that's how I would want it." Huh? This isn't about how you want it, it's about how we want it. How we have had it before and EVERY time we have been at your restaurant. The manager eventually took the plates away and had them cooked longer. Much to the dismay of the cook staff (yes, we were close enough to the kitchen to hear what was said) He brought them back out and they were still super red and bloody. At that point, we were done. We asked for to-go packaging and we packed up the steak and paid our tab. It's unfortunate that the manager thinks that how he wants "his" steak is more important than what the customer wants. Attached is the managers card. Beware.

Sigh i just wanted food for my dad's 65th birthday. It's sad how the restaurants are just going downhill with politeness and customer satisfaction. But hey, it is 3 stars so I can't expect greatness lol. Pro- we got the ribs. food was kinda good. Fries had wayy too much seasoning though. Cons - just a mess from start to finish 1. Called prior to showing up to modify order, no ring or answer. It's as if the phones aren't even connected. 2. A text is sent so you can click the link and type in what parking spot you're at, the link never worked. Consistently got an error message. 3. Now having 0 choice, I walk in, wait at the bar at few mins and get 0 help. I've apparently become an invisible statue because I'm standing at the to-go section and see 3 employees, including a manager and bartender, just ignored my presence. Mind u, the To-go station is AT THE BAR where the bartender is standing but he's just chatting away having a ball. After walking up to his face and asking for help, he tried to apologize, like that was supposed to help after seeing me and ignoring me 🤨😒🤣🤣. Won't be back. Save your money and just cook ribs and steak at home lol.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Our family was very disappointed with our visit on 06/08/24. We went to celebrate our oldest son's birthday and had one problem after another. I think we got the worst server possible. It took forever just to be able to order drinks then it was impossible to get refills. All the other servers seemed to be great with their tables but our just seemed to disappear for very long amounts of time. One of the plates of food came out wrong and had to be sent back. The server seemed to take offense by us sending it back and brought out the receipt. She wanted to make sure to show us she was not at fault and she entered it correctly. We really are not concerned about who made the mistake, we just want the food we ordered. Another meals that was wrong was the steak. It was extremely undercooked and was even raw on the outside. The broccoli was sitting in the bloody juice from the steak. Had to wait for ever for the server to come around to send the food back. She tried to grab a plate from a stack of dirty bread plates to put the steak on to take it back to cook. I had to tell her the plates were dirty and not to use them. I am not sure why she only wanted to take the steak back and not the sides that were soaked in the bloody juices. I had to ask for a manager just to get the sides replaced. When the steak came back out it was barely changed and had to be sent back again. It took forever to find someone to take it back. We thought it was cooking then after a while our server showed back up to the table. The server seemed aggravated and said either the meal could be canceled/refunded, it could ordered again, or could order something else. So i am thinking they just threw it away and never tried putting it back on the grill. I just said to cancel that meal since everyone else was done eating already. Our youngest son didn't enjoy his food either and said it didn't taste well. He ate 2 bites. The only thing that was done about our experience was the steak meal was taken off. We still had to stop elsewhere for birthday dessert since we couldn't seem to order one there as well as were afraid how it would turn out. This was my oldest son's choice on where he would like to eat for his birthday meal then for it to be so bad as well as couldn't even get the dessert he...

The good: My chicken was good My waitress was decent for how over worked she was.

The bad:

  1. hostess didn't even greet us, just starred at me until I said 2 please.
  2. I ordered a bourbon on ice, it was on shaved ice...the picture for advertising it had it on cubes. If you order a bourbon on ice, its to chill the drink... not meant to turn it into a slushie.
  3. I was told they were out of ribs
  4. I was told they were out of chop house mac n cheese (a premium side with an up charge of 1.99) they told me we have Kraft mac n cheese from the kids menu....sure why not I want mac n cheese. They actually charged me the up charged price of the premium side...yeah the one with better pasta and bacon and the works...no, instead, for a small bowl of Kraft mac n cheese I was charged an up charged price. when you break it down, a side with the up charge was $5+. They charged me $5 for a quarter box of $.99 mac n cheese.
  5. the drinks came after the bread and after we finished our appetizer.
  6. our main course came 35min AFTER we finished our app.
  7. my wife's burger was bland (its called salt, it helps bring out the flavor of the meat)

When I spoke to the manager on these matters she told me she would have been upset if she had to pay that for the mac n cheese also. She told me the ice they put in the bourbon is all they had, nothing I like better than a mouth full of ice with my splash of bourbon. I was offered no consultation except that they heard my complaints and would try and train up their employees on these matter so it wouldn't be an issue for future customers (which was actually my suggestion).

This happened to several tables! I watched the look of boredom and dissatisfaction on numerous peoples faces throughout the restaurant as they waited absurd lengths of time, for their food as well.

I will not be dining here again and advise anyone looking for a decent meal with their family to look elsewhere until they fix their problems. Their are several other options in the area that are much more satisfying for the a better price ( I ended up paying $66 (for 2 people) for the terrible experience).

I hope longhorn hears these concerns and addresses these issues, because ultimately people that dine at your restaurant such as myself and my wife are the ones that keep...

Longhorn has always been a favorite of mine. However, for some reason this location just can't get it together. It seems no matter what time I go, its just a circus. The last time we dined inside, we waited for about 5-10 minutes at the hostess stand (employees passing back and forth) it wasn't until a bus boy passed by and asked if he could help because he noticed us standing there so long. Apparently we arrived during shift change. Once we were seated, we ordered our appetizer along with our meal. Appetizer was great. But then... Our server seemed to disappear. Luckily, she stopped by about 35 minutes later to introduce us to the server that would be taking over so she could leave. My husband asked her to check on our food before she left...turns out she forgot to put our food in the system. At this point, we wanted to leave. The server explained she had went ahead and put our food in once she realized she had forgotten to, so we could either pay for the food we had not gotten or speak to the manager. Naturally we choose to speak to the manager. About 10 minutes passed, the sever came back and said she couldn't find the manager anywhere but our food was almost done! Are food came out, we got togo boxes, paid and we we're pulling out of the parking lot we saw the manager coming out looking for us. We left. The last time I placed a pick up order online I waited 20 minutes went to pick it up the bar tender said the online system wasn't working so...I placed the order again w/the bar tender about 20 minutes passed. Where I was sitting at the bar to my right, I could see into the side of the kitchen where I guess the bar tender fixes the drinks for the dine- in guests. The bar tender was eatting something along with another server (no problem, I totally get it) about that time, a manager passes so I asked could she check on my order. Turns out the bar tender and other server we're eating on my togo order! Once I paid and left I went home to make sure I didn't pay twice for the one order. Of course I did. I can't blame Longhorn on that but, I would think if I knew the online ordering system was down...maybe just maybe, I would put that online. Instead of guests coming in waiting for food and then saying oh yeah that's...
