Tonight I experienced my first act of customer service and friendliness this holiday season at a store. I went shopping at this location around 3 and their debit system was down. I had to leave and they said they would hold my cart full of stuff and to come back later and it should be back up. So I did. About 4 hours later and it was still down. An employee named Kim offered to take my name and number and hold my items until the next day. About 45 min later she notifies me that the system was back online if I could make it back in. Then Jackson found me a Hallmark Pokémon ornament. The checkout line was long and Jackson opened a register and rang up my items. I am blown away at the kindness I was shown!
