Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Winder

We celebrated my sons bday last Thurs where the waiter offered to sing happy bday w/out us inquiring. Waiter cam back and said the staff “didn’t want to”. No harm no foul but they asked in front of my 5 yr old son, truly disappointed. Don’t offer and say u can’t do it. We were there at 5:00 in afternoon to beat crowd and had a lacrosse game. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. Too busy- don’t think so…. Disappointing. Once that was dealth with. Our meal was good, fresh and awesome. So good, I had a craving for their pizza tonight. Ordered, paid for and my order was completely wrong. I called and explained my order. Nothing difficult. Pizza, mozzarella sticks and romaine/spinach salad. Only ordered to reach $25 minimum. Upon arrival, approximately 7 mins behind, cheese sticks r cheesey bread which r two diff apps. Pizza toppings wrong, mozz sticks were totally misrepresented and a spinach only salad with NO toppings I had ordered. I called at 8:05 and explained. I told them we could make due with salad and cheesy bread. Took my reorder of a simple pizza, pepperoni and mushrooms. Stopped answering phone at 9:00 and still do not have corrected pizza that I was promised. PROMISED. 9:30 still no pizza. I want a complete refund including ur $6.99 fee. No credit. I will not be dining at or via delivery. First food experience at ur pie was great hence why I ordered again tonight. Did I mention no pizza as of 9:32. It was guaranteed tonight. I won’t say where I’d like to do with the promised pizza and no execution. I’ll continue my comment to my family and friends. Don’t accept lies and promises after I paid $36 from the fees, this and that, have to pay above $25 once all applied u charged me $36 without warning. I would have rated a solid 7 of ten and now a 2. Worst pizza ever and service ever!!!! Ordered pizzas on website and they showed up without tomato sauce or cheese (one pizza was even $19.00). We where able to eat the small Peperoni pizza but the others were uneditable. Called the store to complain and the person I spoke to on the phone stated that the pizzas where ordered that way (which I never selected no sauce or cheese) but that they would pass me along to the manager for me to get my money back for the one pizza which was $19 (total was $45). When speaking to the ‘manager’ I was told that they even thought it was strange that the pizza had bo sauce or cheese but that they in the past had gotten orders like that before. My thing is if you thought that the order looked off (which he stated that they noticed that) why not call the Customer to double check??? I’m sure there are those families whom have restrictions but if your thought crossed your mind why not confirm? It just happened to be the largest most expensive size pizza was uneditable… anyway, apparently they do not offer refunds for even partial order (never asked for the whole thing back only what we could not eat) and I was not about to wait 30-45 min for another new pizza which I did not trust to serve my Family at this point. Stopped in to get my usual, the manager Emily prepared my pasta. I asked for extra marinara sauce, she gave me a drop of sauce. Then she gave me a cold stare. I looked back at her, thinking that was weird. I asked for garlic. I looked over the garlic empty. Emily rubbed the empty container and said, "that's all we have" while shaking the moisture from the garlic onto my food. I asked if they had any in the back. She said, no. I knew she was lying because of the coldness that came from her voice. I waited for my pasta to go into the oven. I asked the young man, as he walked by, when will you have more garlic come in. He walked to the back to check. Emily left her customers walked to the back with him. He came out and said, yes, we are out. Emily walks back to her customers, and yells, she needs an 14 inch. I'm thinking, ok you she gotta be nervous about me asking questions because she could have gotten the 14inch dough, instead of telling, the young man to come out and lie to me. I waited an hour, went back into the restaurant, lord and behold, the garlic magically appeared. My daughter, and I did not enjoy our food. I guess today just wasn't our day.
