Aroma Joes Coffee — Restaurant in Windham

I’m a loyal customer of almost every aroma Joe’s in Maine ha ha! I definitely do a lot of driving and have made it a point to try almost all of them! I am a manager in a retail environment where good customer service is extremely important, and I am constantly recruiting strong workers I see to come with me! If the members of the windham aromas didn’t make my day so much better by being there for me constantly I’d steal them to work next door at my store! I’m constantly being informed of specials they’re having, being recommended deals on mugs/ food, and having amazing drinks! I just want it to be known that sometimes customer satisfaction can be a metric so extremely difficult to attain to at a time like this. Whenever I visit this area I always stop to get a drink from here, and I've kept coming back! But my experience today has made me change my mind. The communication from the cashier to the drink maker was apparently non-existent. I am lactose-intolerant and asked for soy milk twice to make sure the cashier knew, and to add a flavored syrup. When I was handed the drink the maker had to take it back to put the syrup in because she didn't know to add it in. After I drove off, and let the drink cool down a bit, I enjoyed about 1/3 of it when I realized it hadn't been made with soy milk (coffee overpowers milk taste). First of all, AJ’d is close to my house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sevinç of all, great coffee, and super Mocha Fro-Joes every time. On occasion have eaten the Egg & Cheese croissant and it’s delicious,And huge. Donuts are good as well. They are often busy but the line never take very long. That “other” coffee company with purple haired & pierced baristas that I refuse to go to, could learn something here.
