This place has employees that treat customers the way customers should be. The day staff has been there for a long time. They are from the time when hard work, friendlie service and rather than argue with customers or treat them as if there job was dependent on them , the customer is always right. Not they they would allow themselves to be mistreated but they realize u get more bees with honey then vinegar. They listen to ur order and attempt to follow directions. If a mistake happens whose to blame isnt pointed out the problem is corrected. They also teach the younger staff by example and direction. Regulars are treated very well and orders made promptly. The up until noon crew rocks! Exspecially boomer. Businesses with great staff r rare. If more business hired properly and expected more out of employees ppl be consistent in their going to those businesses often, but every other food place around that dunkin, sucks. EXSPECIALLY THE NEARBY MCDONALDS. FROM STAFF TO WHO ORDERS THE FOOD NEEDS HUGE IMPROVEMENTS. ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD, SODA MILKSHAKES, BUNS, YEAH I SAID THE BREAD FOR BURGERS. KIDS THERE R RUDE ARGUE WITH YOU EVEN WHEN YOU'RE CLEARLY RIGHT ( NOT CUZ UR A CUSTOMER RIGHT, BUT ACTUALLY RIGHT) THE FOOD IS THROWN TOGETHER COLD. THEY JACK THE PRICES FOR BEING NEAR AN AIRPORT, EVEN THO THEY SHOULD THINK OF THE PPL WHO REGULAR THERE, BUT WHY WOULD THEY WITH WHAT YOU JUST HEARD? LOWCLASS, UNSHOWERED , UNSHAVEN KIDS. DISAPPOINTING. GROSS . A PLACE U GO WHEN ONLY NECESSARY. GO TO DUNKIN ASK 4 BOOMER .....WAY...

I ordered a $6 meal deal which comes with a med coffee hash brown and a breakfast sandwich the option for no bacon isn’t in app however I was able to ask that bacon not to be placed on sandwich at the counter . I was told by manager I can’t have the sandwich with no bacon it has to be placed on the sandwich basically if you are allergic to bacon or you don’t eat bacon for religious beliefs etc you can not utilize the $6 meal deal however there’s a option for no egg no cheese even no bread but bacon is a must have So says the manager …..hmmm is this a meal deal...

I usually go to this Dunkin donuts 2 times a day at the least and it by far is hands down my favorite Dunkin however today I was very dis pleased when I made my order today I asked them for two bakery products and they only gave me one so I asked for another and asked then if they charged me for it and they couldn't under stand what I was saying. Then they were looking into my car windows to see if I actually did have two which I didn't. I offered to pay for the second one twice because they didn't know if they charged me for two or not. They just said "go" overall this place is good but this isn't the first time I had bad...
