System crashed when I paid and they told me I had to pay again. I showed them my checking account and that it said it went through. They told me I had to pay again and that if I got charged twice I could go in the next day to get my money back. I called to make an order very politely and the person on the other side was very disrespectful for no reason. Yelling at me for “not” saying my order loud enough is ridiculous when I was talking right into the speaker. I was asking for the price of the pizza and he practically yelled it at me.
