So I am going to stop going to this Starbucks because every time I order there my drinks always taste horrible. they're never sweet enough or they don't listen to the instructions that I give them and it has been a waste of money for me because I end up not drinking them. The ice drinks taste watered down and the hot drinks aren't creamy enough or they either put too much sweeteners or not enough it's a recipe that should be consistent always and it's just incredibly inconsistent at this store. I prefer Fulton road Starbucks and airport boulevard. I almost called to get a refund last time about a week ago, but I lost track of time and I didn't want them to think that I drank the drink and all that stuff and I'm not writing this review for that reason but they need to work on their drinks their service is nice The people there are nice and the atmosphere is nice but not the drinks I think they need to calibrate their espresso machine too because it never tastes like espresso either besides the other two dislikes I have so no more wasting money not even on a regular cup of coffee cuz those don't taste good either. I'm sorry to have to review this this way but let's be honest I've wasted probably about a good hundred bucks there and I never asked for a refund and I keep going and it's my fault but I'm going to say it now just so that it is known and if anyone else agrees give me a like. I do want to give a shout out though to an employee there who was incredibly kind to me one day when I was having a bad day and my son was having a bad day and he was really genuinely upset that we said we weren't having a good day as it was real it wasn't a fake oh I'm sorry you're having a bad day no he actually felt sad immediately and I really appreciated that because sometimes we need to know that people care and for some reason he cared and I will always remember his face but I don't know his name I hope he's still there or maybe he got transferred somewhere else and when he was there the drinks were good honestly this was about maybe 6 months ago so you really nice employee I hope you read this someday you are a gentleman and you're about maybe 19 to 20 years old and you gave us a a sample that you guys had and hoped that it cheered me up and it did it's kindness like that that matters and I appreciated it have a nice day everybody sorry about...
Read moreStarbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Not much difference between locations. This one has a drive-thru and an outdoor patio. However, its not a very pleasant patio to relax or have a visit with a friend. It's in a parking lot and pretty much surrounded by cars. But this place is just fine for a quick stop for a cuppa. Friendly staff. 😊
Here's my biggest takeaway concern....WHEN WILL STARBUCKS ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO POUR THEIR OWN CREAM INTO THEIR COFFEE?? Do ya hear me Starbucks? Apparently it's their corporate decision, not the stores. Come on, it's been over 2 years and the world has moved on. COVID no longer dictates our lives. I got MORE germs on my hands from the door handles going in and out. Please put the cream and milk containers back out for the public!! Walked in at 7:25 pm on 06/12/21 with my sister. 4 people working behind the counter, 3 wearing headsets, 1 mopping behind the counter and we were the ONLY customers in the store (none in the drive thru either). Not a single one looked at us or said anything for a solid minute even though we were clearly standing there waiting to order. I finally asked "are you closed?" to which one of them replied "no." She looked at the others, saw no one was observing our interaction then said "ok I can take your order." She then proceeded to take my order and then tell my sister "one of them will help you." My sister waited for another 3 minutes before one of the others came over. Why the first woman couldn't give us an additional 30 seconds to take my sister's order I will not understand.
