Very acceptable wait times, especially compared to other Arby's locations I have been to. While times do seem to be a bit longer due to COVID-19 precautions, this is perfectly acceptable in my mind, and service is still prompt.
Quality of food was also above average for a QSR establishment, and compared to other Arby's in general. Not sloppily put together, everything neat and well-made.

I order food for myself and 5 piece chicken tenders for my husband. I realized when I got my bag there were only 3. I let a worker know and they immediately got me a whole new thing of chicken tenders (and let me keep the original 3!). I totally get what it's like to be busy and get lost in details.
