Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winona

I came here with one of my special needs clients today. We were able to order fine, but when I went to get plates from the serve your own section they were all dirty. The manager was right behind me and I noted to her the problem. She did not seem concerned. Our pizza came and it was caked with grease!! We literally used handfuls of napkins to try and towel off the grease just to make it edible. While we were eating the kitchen staff along with the manager proceeded to have personal conversations where the expletives were flying! Being that I had a special-needs person with me I had to sit and calm them. Worst dining experience ever there! They just don’t get that voices carry and we could hear EVERY word they said. Terrible! The fact that the manager let the staff speak this way was bad enough, but the manager was the ringleader! I will not be coming to eat...

I went in for the noon Buffet. They brought out a fresh noodle dish. So I went up to get some and I had to wonder whether it was made weeks ago or what because it all stuck together and you know fresh pasta dishes should have a little bit of Saucy creaminess to them and this didn't. It looks more like your leftovers that come out of the fridge and you warm them up in the microwave. Some pizzas had very little sauce other pizzas had way too much sauce nothing was consistent. The waitressing staff came by once and watch you from a distance for when your glass was almost empty to fill it again. Not once was I asked how my meal was. I have to say I went there because I normally like their personal pan pizzas very buttery crust and garlicky and quite good. But I probably won't go there again after this last experience. Food is decent enough. I would recommended getting it delivered or to-go. The dining area is very dirty inside and it's clearly not being taken care of. There was thick dust on the windows and shades when I was there, and old crumbs and food in the container that was holding the parmesan and pepper flake shakers. Most likely not going here again.

Update: I went back on 8-6-19 and they have remodeled the inside. The atmosphere is generally cleaner than last time, but the layout of the floor plan is very poor. For example, the swinging door to the kitchen is a foot away from the soda machine. I saw several near misses when the employee would fling the door open and almost hit a customer. The food tasted alright, but now today I have stomach aches and pains and my girlfriend is throwing up. I do not advise...
