I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through behind another car wasn’t able to back out and leave because there was a car behind me so I was stuck there when I got to my order I ordered a impossible whopper with cheese meal a double cheeseburger meal a medium sprite and a medium sweet tea when I got my food it was a regular whopper with cheese the double cheeseburger was hard like two cookies the fries were old and Wilted. I went back went inside to get my order fixed the girl at the register said she was there for two days she didn’t care what anybody thought or what anybody said she don’t care I told her my order was wrong it took them another 15 to 20 minutes to change my order and they still gave me the wrong order it was the worst service ever seen everybody in there were complaining this is the Burger King on Blackhorse Pike in Williamstown New Jersey it was the worst service I have ever gotten the worst food I have ever gotten altogether I spent about an hour and a half trying to get my food straightened out...

As I entered the driveway I noticed the inside of this establishment was pitch black except for the light in the rear of the restaurant. I drove to the drive through, no response or acknowledgment from the intercom, drove the window and blew my horn for several minutes and still no acknowledgement from the individual that is in there and when he finally comes to the window, I asked is this normal and he stated, shrugging his shoulders with I do not care attitude, we just opened", with an apology that was not sincere and should not have been said. THE EMPLOYEE DEFINITELY NOT A MANAGER NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED TO MOPPING FLOORS AND RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreWaited at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes. No one ever took my order. Thinking there was something wrong with the speaker, I drove up to the window. Waited another 5+ minutes for the car in front of me to leave. Thought maybe they were understaffed but nope, there was 2 female employees in the back just talking and laughing with their phones out. One of the ladies was 50+ years old. Not surprised the young employees don't work if even the older employees are just messing around on their phones. When I finally got up to the window and told the employee that no one took my order after waiting over 5 minutes and asked to place my order at the window, he told me he wasn't allowed to take my order, and I would have to drive around to the speaker again?!
