This PrimoHoagies location was very clean and well kept, that is the first thing I noticed walking in. Even the bathroom looked exceptionally clean (see pictures). The service people were helpful and respectful as I took time to get my order together. I had a long and complex order, so I appreciate everyone's attention to detail to ensure the entire order was to my liking. The flavor of the sandwiches are great, always bursting with flavor. I will say, I do wish there was more meat, but maybe that is me being greedy for more of the aforementioned flavor. Overall, this is a serviceable hoagie spot in the area, my experience was satisfactory! I would recommend if you need a quick bit passing through, or in the mood for a hoagie. Prices can be kind of steep, just being transparent. But all in all, I believe you get what you pay for.

I ordered a very large order from Primos and once again was disappointed. I stopped ordering from this establishment because I kept getting dry sandwiches even after making it clear that I wanted Xtra mayo. When I ask for mayo on my sandwich it does not mean I only want it on one side of my sandwich. These sandwiches are pricey and the sandwich needs to be made the way I like it. Yet I got a dry sandwich. I paid almost $15 for a hoagie that I did not enjoy. My oldest tried to convince me that they would change but they haven't. I can make a hoagie at home for cheaper and without the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this establishment to anyone. You will get a sandwich the way they eat it dry.

I tried a piece of of Primohoagie way back in 1995. Had never had one since. I believe it may have been Italian or turkey. However a friend mentioned she was getting one for her daughter and asked if I wanted one. I checked the menu. Ordered one. Let's say I went from a small to large in 3 days. Primohoagie was EXCELLENT!! I had the Corned Beef Schwartzie*. I didn't take a photo of the 1st sandwich however I did of the other 2. The large one lasted for two days...lol Thank you Primohoagie keep up the great customer service and serving a great product.

So I tried calling on a Wed at 3:30pm. I called the first time and was put on hold for 11 mins. Never came back. I called a second time and Manny answered the phone and just sat there and said nothing more after answering. Strange ordeal. So since I was already in route and my wife was sold on primos, I decided to just order in store since they were unable to operate the phones correctly. When I got there it was a total **show. One guy yelling at the other two for messing something up with the slicer. I asked what was going on with the phones as I tried to order and Manny said "oh yea that's just how it is right now with it being so busy". I was not even sure what that ment but given what was going on I left it alone. I place my order which was just for two sandwiches one with extra cheese, hot peppers on the side and pickles on the side. They call my name you orders ready, but there's no hot peppers and no pickles on the side so I asked for those, I also asked if they put extra American cheese on it. One guy was unsure so he asked the other guy who was unsure who asked the guy who is yelling at everyone and after hesitating he finally said yes. So I got home of course check to see if it was on there I literally had 3 slices of American cheese. I'm not sure if that is extra for them but it's certainly not for me. Overall Primo's experience total disaster. Shame because I have eaten here before and I've had much better experiences. I understand they got busy and we're slammed, but the level of unprofessionalism, arrogance and cluelessness was a bit...

They are overpriced. I always get burnt rolls. When ordering a cheesesteak you have to specifically say "American cheese not Cooper" it's like a default when you ask for a cheesesteak. The first cheesesteak I got from there was perfect because I was in person and after that I ordered it over the phone and then picked up and it was always rank, now you're fewer expect sharp cheese then that's something else but I'm thinking it's their American cheese. So I'm in there one day and I order a cheese steak and my boyfriend noticed that it said Cooper and I said "uh what does that ma'am" and the cashier said oh you don't want Cooper? And with an attitude she continued "That's what people usually get on there cheese steaks here" and I told her usually and what I asked for are two different things and I asked for American cheese cheese and she was very upset about it. From there on she continued to screw up the order and we had to get someone else to come over and fix it. All I wanted was a cheesesteak with American cheese, fried onions, oil, Mayo and she couldn't get that right for the sake of her life. It makes you not even bother. But when the cheese steak was made correctly, rolls were not burnt, order was on point, it was...

Placed an order a day they were running a 6.99 hoagie special an online order said it be ready by 6 o’clock. I got there. The place was swamped with people. I asked the girl if she can give me an idea how long it would be since my pick up time had passed the one girl at the front told me 10 minutes, I waited almost a half an hour went back up. Talk to another girl at the cash register who informed me she doesn’t even see my ticket on the line so the first girl clearly just lied to get me moving through the line and from what I was hearing from other people who were waiting over an hour, they kept telling people 10 minutes awful customer service handle the orders instead of shutting down and getting orders out that they had they kept taking orders and backing up even more . Then, when I asked for a refund, the girl told me she couldn’t do that and that she would take my name and number down like I would trust them to give a refund after the fact if they can’t even handle making sandwiches. I did get a refund looked confused when I asked for a receipt . I’ll never go back to this location if you’re smart you’ll clear or go to...
