I'm Shalonda and I would like to say shout out to tonight's Sicklerville location staff! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾That store was BEYOND PACKED today! The team showed amazing leadership skills and the utmost professionalism! While the crew preparing the orders worked diligently, there was a young Spanish lady at the counter. The team in the back nicely asked her if she could please come back and help them once she had finished taking orders to get the orders out to customers a little faster. Which was NOT an unreasonable request because she was only standing around stacking cups. She got upset with them and stormed out of the store leaving them with all of the work! They worked together without skipping a beat. They even came out and spoke with the customers apologizing for the long wait and inconvenience. It was an extremely nice experience to see staff going above and beyond even when they are working in a high-pressure situation. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded by the company and they should really be proud of themselves for the hard work and diligence they displayed today. I placed my order 25+ mins before I arrived to pick up my purchase, and it still wasn’t ready, other customers that came into the restaurant as I was waiting for my order didn’t even get acknowledged or waited on. The customers would just come in and stand around waiting to be helped! I spent over $70 on my order that I placed online and there were still errors!! Not only did they get all of my sauces wrong (and I purchased extra and NONE of them were not the correct flavor from my online order ) the ranch dips that I received were thin and runny, almost like water, and they had no flavor, they didn’t even taste like any specific dip . It seemed like they were watered down. My entire group noticed it as well. I am a dasher and when I was confused and couldn't find the store, I called for directions. The girl who answered the phone was so ignorant and hung up on me. I asked politely where the store was located and explained where I was and who I was . As an employee of door dash I am to pick up the customers order , make sure it is correct and deliver in a timely manner. When I called back cuz she hung up on me, she picked up and said to someone standing next to her "ima snap " . REALLY WING STOP!!! DO YOU WANT THIS GIRL TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND SSERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS??SHE NEEDs TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AN LEARN TO SPEAK... "IMA" ???
