If they're serving catfish when you stop by, order that. I don't care if you don't even like fish, just order it so you can give your taste buds the flavor party they deserve. Our server Dave was still pretty new but he did great! - he was friendly, attentive, and kept table checks at the perfect level of not too many and not too few. I don't like being constantly interrupted and I don't like my table ignored but this guy was spot on! Keep up the great work, Dave! Thank you for taking care of us this evening! So the food ~ salsa wasn't what we were used to but I appreciated something new and it was pretty dang alright. We ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer and omg they were delicious.. Breading was flavorful, crisp, and just the right amount where you get a beautiful crunch but it's not a giant ball of oily breading. I could've devoured all of them myself but I had to force myself to stop because I knew I had catfish coming and lemme tell you, I made a mistake eating or drinking anything before getting that fish. That catfish was so dang good I was seriously disappointed I couldn't stuff more in my face. I tried a small bite of each of my sides (2) and the mashed potatoes were mashed potatoes and the coleslaw was different but in a tasty way.. but none of that matters though. Not when they put em next to that fried filet of heaven. It was so perfectly breaded, seasoned, and fried that I'm willing to bet someone made a deal with the devil or at least sacrificed a virgin to be able to offer up that kind of delicious glory! I didn't try anything else and my review is based solely on my experience there earlier today. If I'm ever out this way again, I will be calling to see if the catfish will be available - it was that good! Thank y'all!

While traveling along The Mother Road, my Husband & I chose Winslow for our stop for the night. Looked up our food options, decided to try Bojo's, and it was Absolutely AMAZING. The people were kind and helpful every one, the place is clean, bright, welcoming and smells Delicious! We ordered locally brewed Beer, and the scratch-made Navajo Tacos & fried pickles. The complimentary homemade tortilla chips & salsa are fantastic & fresh! The Navajo taco comes with chili, but I don't generally eat meat, so the wonderful young lady helping us said she'd see if they could substitute pinto beans instead. It wasn't a problem, and the food was a revelation! My first time with Fry Bread, and I'm a convert; and the fried pickles batter was sprinkled with cornmeal. That's the only way I ever want to eat fried pickles from here on out, and that's final. Our bartender/server gave us some brilliant recommendations for our next visit, including the Friday Catfish Fry. We'd not seen it on the menu, and it's Husband's FAVORITE, so our server brought him a tiny piece with our takeout container -- Freshly Fried! I don't need to say it, but I will: Husband was Over. The. Moon., both with the servers graciousness and the taste of the catfish! We are not from this area, sadly, but we're going to move heaven and earth to visit again (on a Friday!) before a year goes by. Thank you, everyone at Bojo's!!

Nice place with a very relaxing atmosphere. I wish there was a sign or hostess stand at the restaurant side entrance, or at least a sign saying to sit freely. I could have missed it, as one of the waitresses helped me almost immediately, but it still would be nice incase someone isn't currently at the door. I got the Eagle Burger, minus onions, and fries. Fries are crinkle cut, so no my favorite, but they weren't over salted and only a few were soggy. The rest went well with ketchup. The burger looked medium, my preferred, and it was quite tasty. The American cheese on it was good and not too melty and there was no sogginess at all, so it was easy to eat and delicious. Overall, quite good and filling without being a mess or huge. Best part? In February, that's only $10. I didn't check the prices for the rest of the year, but that was a great meal for the money. Would love to eat here again.

Let me be frank, there are some places that are tourist traps, and some local businesses that are real, down to earth, full of great local folks, and awesome staff. When you find one with great prices, awesome selection of foods, and meals that pretty much automatically mean excellent left overs, I consider it a real win.

BoJo's is exactly this kind of place! Everything about BoJo's is five stars including BoJo's own burrito! Thus burrito was easily almost 2 pounds! So needless to say half the meal is in my fridge waiting to be reheated and enjoyed at lunch today!!!

I will stop at BoJo's again, and I will have that burrito again! Imagine chicken cooked and seasoned just right, shredded and mixed with fresh green chili's, cheese, and wrapped in a fresh tortilla! Slathered with a yummy spicy salsa and covered in melted cheese? Served with Salsa, sour cream, guacamole, beans and spanish rice, and some lettuce and tomato, your mouth and stomach will love you!!!

We added some delicious fried pickles, and a lovely ranch based dip for them, as well as the chips and salsa they brink out when you sit down, and you will not be unhappy with a fabulously delicious meal in a great atmosphere served by friendly, local, people that are completely awesome!!!

As I said, I'll be going there again for certain! And if you're passing through on 40, you owe it to yourself to stop in and have a meal you won't soon forget!!! And me, oh heck yeah,...
