This location is beautiful! I have gone several times and while it takes a while, I have always enjoyed my food. Tonight, my father is visiting and I was very excited to bring him to BWW for his first time! I called at 4pm to make a reservation, but the phone just played the waiting recording on repeat for 5 minutes. We arrived at 6pm, were waiting for a seat until 6:10pm, and ordered right away at 6:15pm. Between the 4 adults and 1 child, we ordered 3 burgers, boneless wings, Mac and cheese and Pretzel bites. The boneless wings came out within 3 minutes, and the Mac and cheese within 5 minutes of ordering. When it came out and the waitress asked if the chicken was okay, we told her we were waiting for the rest of the meals to eat. After that our appetizer came out, then about 10 minutes later two burgers came out. Shortly after the two burgers we had 3 people ask us 4 times what the third burger was and if we got it yet. At this point we asked for either a bill for the child's meal and appetizer (only things touched) or for our food to be reheated. Our waitress said no, and stated it is policy to serve food as it is made and not for the table at once, and that even though the chicken was out 40 minutes before the last burger it was our fault it is cold because we did not eat it when it was given to us. After demanding to speak to the manager and waiting an additional 10 minutes for him (we were told he was dealing with compacting the trash) he reiterated that this is company policy to serve as it is made, not at the same time, and that we should have been informed of this. At this point we asked again for the food to be heated back up, and the manager did reheat a burger and remade the chicken and fries within 3 minutes. (The other burger we told them just to take away and remove from the bill, as my father was so upset about the treatment he no longer wanted to eat) To say I am disappointed is an understatement, my father will never again try BWW, being belittled as if he should have known they wouldn't serve the food to the table at the same time, the waitress not explaining why our food was served 40 minutes apart the first several times we asked where the food was, and then the fact they were so slow to bring management, he has no interest in this restaurant anymore. I most likely won't be back as this left a horrible taste in my mouth, and seeing my Dad get upset and the waitress continue to be rude to him, I...
Read more**Long PostNever fails when we go to this Buffalo Wild Wings we spend $200+. My kids love it so we can't complain we love their wings and fries. But this time we didn't appreciate the service. We usually go on the weekend we decided we'd go on a Monday this time with my friends and family one it'd be less packed plus we saw they'd be open late. When we got there it was around 8:30 p.m. we were right not packed at all (which is great). Anyways we get there check in and right away all the waitresses are huddled complaining about how we were a big table and were clueless about who to give it too. By the time they figure out who's taking it now they're complaining about how they don't have tables to sit us ( Mind you the whole restaurant is empty)I'm like what do you mean sections are closed. Can't you open a corner to sit my family and friends (table of 9) somewhere? They were like no they could only give us a booth which sits 6 ppl or an island table that sits 8 ppl which was ridiculous cuz my 3 year old couldn't even reach the table when we sat him in the high chair how the hell is he suppose to eat? It was ridiculous so I asked to speak to the manager (robert) he was even dumber. He said there wasn't anything he could do cuz the section was closed and cleaned up why would you close it up if the Restaurant doesn't close til midnight!!! So anyways he asked us to either sit at the island table or we could all squeeze together in a booth that sit 6. I told him sir we have 8 ppl plus the high chair he said yes plus you have 2 kids in your party (mind you one was a teenager the other a 9 year old) he said maybe you all can squeeze together. I said so you expect us to squeeze together like sardines in a small booth. How are we suppose to enjoy our meal with no breathing room. He said well take your pick either the island or booth or you can wait and sit in 2 separate tables. I again told him would you like to sit separate from you family when you're having dinner? He showed no care and left. Ridiculous how they were more than 3 hrs from closing and had more than half the restaurant closed already. Embarrassed we left THANKS FOR RUINING OUR NIGHT!! we took our business somewhere else where we knew we'd be able to sit together. It'll be a while before we ever go to this...
Read moreI placed an order through door dash to be delivered to me at the home 2 suites. The order was placed at 3:14PM on 3/17/23. I took a nap and when I woke up 40 mins later, I had a message that the delivery was complete. There was a photo of the delivery to the wrong hotel across the parking lot. I attempted to call the restaurant and was told, I needed to call door dash. I called door dash and they tried to call the restaurant with no success. After spending 30 mins on the phone with door dash, I went to the restaurant because, door dash said they were unable to reach the restaurant. At this point I was frustrated. I went to the restaurant and spoke to John the manager. John offered to remake the order that I found at the other hotel and took back to the restaurant. I did not want the order after all the back and forth with door dash and not being able to speak to anyone. I told John, I wanted a refund. He proceeded to tell me my issue was with door dash. I was over the whole experience and needed to get food for myself and grandkids asap. John said I was hostile ( his opinion). I was not cursing, I was not threatening, and was only asking for my refund of food that I returned to the store. John was not friendly at all, and was very condescending towards me when he said, “I will process your refund tomorrow.” I asked if I could speak with someone else in management. John said he was the only one I needed to speak to, took the food, threw it in the trash and walked away. I proceeded to search google, call in to make a complaint, and came back to get the store details for the rep on the phone. While on the phone, John came up behind me and slid a paper in front of me which was a copy of the receipt he snatched off the bag. Although I was not hostile but frustrated, I knew that there was no getting any point across to John. This would have been my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say, thank you John for helping me decide not to do business with Buffalo Wild Wings because, I still have not received my refund and had to dispute the charge with my credit card. The biggest part was, I was not looking to place blame, I was frustrated but needed to feed my grandkids and there is a difference. I would say, go elsewhere to get wings and get the service...
