10-10-21 Ok, we've tried pretty much everything on the menu now, and I think it's safe to say "it's all good" We enjoyed a nice lunch out on the upper deck today. Food and service were great. Alexandria, our server was a pleasure. She was smiling or laughing pretty much the entire time we were there, and she just has an awesome attitude. (Thanks Alexandria)

8-15-21 I stand corrected. The menu also has a Meridian Chardonnay. My waitress said Kendall Jackson was all they had when we were there on 7/11, maybe they were out of Meridian that day. Today the food and service was again as awesome as we've come to expect here. (Thanks Zach)

I love this place. We drive up occasionally from the Thomasville side of High Point.

7-11-2021 I guess I've kinda taken a liking to this place. The food. The service. The atmosphere. The Kendall Jackson Chardonnay however, leaves a bit to be desired. It ain't all that. Maybe we can look into some Vendange or Woodbridge or something. Everything else is pretty much what I have come to expect. (Thanks Sara )

1-23-2021 4.4 rating average out of 2,275 reviews. That says a lot. However. We had lunch there today. 1st time ever going there. Awesome food and service...

I know this sounds cliché but if I could give no stars I would. Our server was wonderful, she was sweet, kept our drinks filled and was pretty timely. My problem lies with everything else. First we were sat in the back room away from the video games and other table games. We weren’t included in the restaurants atmosphere and it felt claustrophobic back there. We asked to be moved but sadly learned that if we did we wouldn’t be served my our current waitress (we asked her if that would happen). It was dead so we didn’t want to take money from our server so we stayed. It was then offered to turn the TV on so we could have some entertainment, to which I said no because I didn’t want to deal with the noise in the tiny room, they then decided to still come in there to try to turn the TV on and by the time there was three people in there to figure out the TV I told them that I didn’t want the TV on anyway and they didn’t have to worry about. They proceeded to inform me that they had to turn the TV on or they would get in trouble. They kept trying but never got it on thankfully, I then asked if they could open the swinging doors they had out to the 2nd floor patio but was told they had to ask the owner and in the end of it all the doors can’t be opened whatsoever anymore. I’m not complaining about the staff that helped and served us, they were wonderful. I’m complaining about the ownership and management of this establishment. If you can’t meet customers requests you shouldn’t be in business, and it just makes me wonder what their food standards are since they have no regard to customer...

Well, the ambient was really cool and they have mini SNES consoles to play I guess. The food is served in less than 3 minutes and the waiter is taking your order in less than 1 so there’s not really much time to use that and you will feel bad if you stay after eating and make other people wait in line (not to mention the controllers are greasy). All the food is pre-made and I’m writing this review as a European so I do not understand why everything was sugary but the fried food was not crunchy, you can tell it has been fried for some time. I do not know if this is American food, but it lacked spice and it was compensated with plain boring sugar. Also the plate felt aggressive, there was no neutralizer, no bread, no acid, no sauces other than spicy ones; I felt bored with the first 1/4. The place is 4 stars to me, no napkins, just paper towels which I find horrifying. Plates are made out of polystyrene and the forks out of plastic which is medioambientally damaging. The attention is 5 stars, although the waitress didn’t know the ingredients from the sides too well. Food.. the food really just felt like taken out of a community center and they don’t give you a glass or a pint for your beer, 2 stars.

It’s more a place to hang out and be with friends than a place to eat, there’s also a noisy zone with arcade games which is awesome. As if to I would come back or not, not. 3 stars, not worth it for me, better head to Lg.
