Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Pay attention to the car in front of you at this location - I saw the driver hand a drink back to the worker and moment later was handed a drink and food item. When I pulled forward, the worker confirmed which drink I got and then practically shoved the drink in my hand without taking the card I was holding out. I asked him don't you need payment and he said " no, you're good just pull off" so I mentioned seeing the person in front of me hand a drink back - asking if this was that drink. He then repeatedly said " just drive away, just go" while motioning with his hands for me to go. I told him I wanted the drink remade. He tried to tell me that was my drink, what I order and I again explained I don't trust that he hadn't given it incorrectly to the person in front of me, accepted it back and then tried to give it to me for free. The worker finally he gave my drink to the person in front of me and was trying to give it to me. When he turned to his coworkers I heard someone say "ugh fine just remake it" I didn't end up drinking that one because I didnt trust that they actually remade it. How am I supposed to know if the person in front of me figured out it wasn't theirs by taking a sip! It's so gross and inappropriate that they tried to do this and that he was trying to force me to drive off/not question...

I used to love going to this place but they need to do better as far as management is concerned. The manager there is rude and has a nice nasty attitude. I got cheated out of 30 cents for a donut and when I bought a donut and noticed the price difference between the two, she wouldn't even try to refund me or even investigate the matter! I used to work for this place and she was the exact same way. Making it seem like I was not a good worker, taking horrible customers sides over mine in order matters and even tried to set me up when her sister came through the drive through. Everybody in the comments section makes it seem like she is such an angel but she is not! I don't care if she sees this and laughs like she used to laugh and talk about me when I used to work for her because God does not like ugly. She may be able to fool people to believe that she is nice but God sees her heart for what it really is and sho ain't nice. Plus, I don't have any reason to lie about what I am saying in this post. They need a new manager. I hate to have to go to another side of town to get my favorite food because of this rude manager not being courteous nor showing good customer service to a person with good character...

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru. When I came to pick it up I was told to come around. I waited in line for about 10 mins. Clearly they were busy. Not that big of deal. My turn came around. I pulled up to the window. It was opened and unmanned for a good 5mins. When the employee came to window I said I have a mobile order for Brenna. He handed me my coffee and then I said I also had a sandwich. He mumbled something and then left me at the window for another 10mins with no explanation. . .when he came back he asked if I would pull over to side since they were busy and that they wanted to get the cars behind me out the way. Okay. . So I asked if there was an eta on the 1 sandwich I ordered. . .I was cut off and told to just pull over. To which I responded with I would like an ETA I placed a mobile order and the drive thru expecting to be in and out. I had some where to be. I wanted the ETA to decide if I could afford to wait or request a refund on my sandwich. He said actually here it is and shoved the bag out window rudely. . My sandwich was burnt and not edible. .
