My name is Tarsha Shore. I have been a loyal patron at Francesco's for the past 20 plus years. I was eating at their restaurant when it's first location was near Sam's Club on University Pkwy. However, after today, I will never send my money there again!!! First, I called in my order, the person answering the phone did not say "Francesco's, may I help you", I said hello. The young lady on the phone responded with poor customer service and had a bad attitude. I placed my order: Philly steak sub, 2 fries, one slice of pepperoni pizza. When I arrive at Francesco's, I'm was met with more bad customary service. Starting with the person who took the order pointing and tapping at the menu wanting to argue with me about the difference between a Philly steak compared to a Chicken Philly. We had a back-and-forth dialog on what I had originally stated, when I placed my order. I asked later for the name of the manager/owner. I was told by another male employee that they don't have a manager. He wrote down the name and number of the owner, then the situation escalated. I was yelled at and cursed at twice, by the male employee because I asked for the name of the young lady who took my order. He refused to give me her name and he then refused to give me his name. I canceled my order and requested my money back. Two law enforcement officers who were eating at the restaurant at the time approached me at the counter to see what was going on. I explained to one of them that I asked for the owners' number then I was cursed at. He suggested that I just leave and look it up online. I left. I have never been treated this way before in any establishment and instead of losing my cool over the whole situation, I decided to write about my experience. However, I will use other means to personally contact the owner "Sergio” and tell him of my awful experience in his establishment. BUT I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE RESTURANT AGAIN AND I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT MY AWFUL...

The Francesco's Experience (Call-in /Pick-Up Edition). I was in a salad mood and called in an order with Francesco's. First, I ordered their Friday lunch special. The Francesco's Salad with Blackened grilled Chicken comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, carrots, olives, and cucumber, and I had them add fetta cheese with the chicken on the side. Next, I asked for their house salad dressing. The individual I spoke with was pleasant while taking my order and gave me a 15 minute wait time.

Upon entering the restaurant, I found it confusing to distinguish between those waiting in line or waiting to dine in. Once I provided staff with my order name, there was a wait, but I did not wait too long before leaving. Once at my location to eat, the salad was fresh and crispy. However, I did find the date on my salad dressing disturbing. I'm sure this is the particular system that helps them with something; however, to the public, I did not know if this was an expiration date, when the cook initially made it, or what. Also, the consistency was thick, so I was suspicious of its usage.

I did not receive any crackers, bread, or even ask with my meal. Nevertheless, the blackened chicken tasted seasoned, and the salad was fresh and crispy. So would I go back to Francesco's? I would return to Francesco's and, when getting a salad, ask for another dressing and crackers on the side. I know we are in a new era in customer service. You have to ask and then double-check your bag before leaving...

Today I had the WORST restaurant experience ever. We went to one of our favorite pizza restaurants to have a nice family dinner and the food was good, as it always is, they made sure to get us drinks and over all it was good customer service that you'd expect. Mind you we are regular customers here always polite to the servers, always tip, suggest others to go to the restaurant and talk highly of it, over all have enjoyed our visits but today it was different. After we payed and left our waiter actually chased us out of the store because he said he didn't get a high enough tip and he was absolutely angry with us. He scared me with how loud and violent his words and actions were. He then proceeded to cuss us out for not giving him more money and flip us off when we were trying to leave. I will think twice before going back to a place that would treat us so awful expecially cause there were young people around and this is suppose to be a family based restaurant. This isn't the first time I've heard of the servers bragging on harassing people over tips. Sadly for Frank I will end my patronage of his establishment which averages a fair amount of money monthly unless something is done about his servers who think its appropriate to harras customers over a tip amount and the other who brags about this occurring while trash talking the owner in front...

Located off the beaten path, this place offers great food at affordable prices. At a stand alone building with its own private parking lot. You are immediately greeted by one of their employees. There are always specials posted on a board near the entrance and more often than not they are really nice choices. Place has ample seating inside and is very comfortable not tight like other places. For appetizers we had the Bruschetta which was really good. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly seasoned on outside and hot gooey cheese inside. The soup of the day was Lobster Bosque, it did not impress, watery, salty and absolutely no lobster meat in it. The Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak were both very hearty and filling g according to my daughter and friend. I had the chicken Parm hero, good sauce to mozzarella ration. Chicken had good flavor though it was cut up and I prefer whole cutlets. Overall a great deal for the money. Our waitress was super friendly and patient with us. She always kept on top of our drinks and consistently checked on us.

When you consider service and being treated with love and care, you have to think of Francesco's. Brad is the world's best server and is always speedy and impeccable with timing. The food is delicious..and I've tried many dishes from the lasagna to the cheese steak to the eggplant parmesan. I love this place and can't say enough about it. We use it for employee lunches and quick pickups. Clone Brad and keep the cooks happy because they are the key to this Italian gem.
