Last Saturday was my first time at this place and I had an absolute great time with my friends there until I read my receipt the next day. I was charged a “delivery fee” of $23 dollars and some change for a $103 bill with no prior notice. Honestly I don’t even know what this delivery fee is for as I ordered no food and went to the bar each time I needed a beverage. So no delivery even took place. Additionally the other couple who was with us was also charged a delivery fee of $21 or so. Second I notice a tip fee added to my bill. Yes they had a sign up behind the bar saying after 10pm you’ll be charged 20 percent, which I’m totally fine with, however we were there before 10 and the tip fee was $10 on a $103 bill so that’s not even 20 percent. The other party we were with were charged an additional $15 for a tip also. I have tried calling this establishment many times to get answers to the $34 dollars that was added to my tab without my consent but when I call I get an AI robot and leave a message with them and the AI robot ensures me someone will get in touch with me within 24 hour. It’s been over 36 hours since I first called and left a message and my husband has also tried to call and left a message with no response. It’s sad that this establishment is very fun place to hang out with friends because I won’t be going back and neither should you unless you like giving your money away for services...
Read moreWe went to check it out because we are getting a Miller’s on Robinhood. Rude from the get go. If you have to pat ppl down… what kind of problems are ya’ll having? Place was dead, but they wanted our seats at the bar… which that’s a 90s-00 thing when “the club” was popular and you needed to clear the bar for ppl dancing to come up and get a drink. I know because I was am a certified mixologist, who worked the club scene before my professional career and as a second job. What is it? I thought it was a lounge. Is it a club? Is it a lounge, can’t sit at the bar? I witnessed several over pours. Not a three count some were up to six or seven counts. I understand one time there was a double cocktail, but I’m willing to bet there was some left after the pour. Not only is this pricey for the owner… if you are taking medication… you wouldn’t be able to understand what you had. Maybe a little ATF training from the owner on pours and why they are important. Also, when you start pouring correctly get the right size rocks glass. I felt like I was drinking a gallon of a really strong drink. Only needed one and we left. You want to keep the vibe going, in my opinion. Might also reduce the hammered and rowdy. Hoping Miller’s on Robinhood doesn’t bring this vibe. A lot more professionals with families live over here and we really need a place to lounge… besides the Lowes...
