I know this is not how you conduct business lie about delivering an order to someone by telling your paying customer that your delivery driver Betty delivered it but someone stole the order in the pouring down rain, refuse to refund or remake the order without me repurchasing then having your employees play on the phone (answer and hang up all night)? When I requested a manger I was placed on hold for 30 minutes then got an employee by the name of Amy who pretended to be the manager (found that out when I called back to ask for corporates number and spoke with another employee). Then I was told their wasn’t a number but she could connect me to a call center that’s based out of Tennessee, 1st interaction with them they disconnected the call I had to call back by calling the store location then got connected again where I explained the situation and waited 1hr and 25 minutes for a manager (that I never got to speak with). Long story short I spoke with no manager local or at that contact center, I received no pizza, no remake or no refund. Customer service was terrible, I got yelled at and over talked no tried to accommodate me. The total amount of time I spent dealing with your business on the phone was 2hrs and 45 minutes. Read moreI ordered a pizza on 5/16 . I was told it could take up to an hour and a half . Okay so that's fair they were honest about the long time frame . HOWEVER... I ordered 1 pizza , and a 20 ounce Pepsi . I came into work the next day and checked my online banking like I usually do at the end of the work week . TO MY SUPRISE ...I see PIzza hut charged me 400.69 instead of the 23.56 which my total should have been . I have never been so PISSED in my life . Needless to say I am a single mother of 2 small girls, I ran out of gas in my car , and I am running off of coupons until this is resolved . I called corporate they did nothing . I called the store and spoke with the GM Kandace which to my surprise seemed very sweet however DID NOT OFFER ME A DANG THING. Read moreI placed my order at 1:05pm.... it is now 3:15 and I haven’t received my order still. This is the second time I have ordered from this Pizza Hut and both times something has been wrong. I did however receive a promotional pizza because of the ordeal last time and decided to give them another shot, however this will more than likely be the last time I order from this store. Seeing all the negative reviews for this location makes me wonder when corporate will step in and do something about this.
UPDATE: Pizza finally arrives and the guy that walks up is a disheveled mess, shoes untied, pants below his ass and is RUDE as hell. Seeing as I had to wait double the time I was told for my order, I did not tip, he has the audacity to say to me that “it helps when you tip” to which I told him that if I didn’t have to wait 2 hours for an order and if he presented himself better maybe he would have gotten a tip.
