Starbucks — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

So I ordered on my app and I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. I was at the Publix at the time thinking I was going to get my drinks there. I found out that I ordered at the cloverdale store. I called cloverdale to let them know I was coming due to my mistake. The manager told me she would have them ready in drive thru. I arrived and when I got to the window the lady handed my drinks and she surprised me with two $4.00 off gift cards for my trouble. Hands-down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! A ton of workers getting nothing pushed out. We got half our order then had to wait about 10 minutes for the 2nd drink. I finally had to ask for it. There was barely any customers in there so you would think the drinks would at least come out fast and together. Another customer that was already waiting a long time finally had to ask about his drink and no one had a clue about it. There was one worker screaming and yelling strange things and making weird noises. Stopped going to this Starbucks because of how rude the employees were towards me and how they always seemed to mess up my drink every single time I went there but I thought I’d give them another chance and try going there again months later and now I can see why I stopped going here. My drink was horrible, was not made the way I asked and was a complete waste of my money. The drink was so wrong, it looked like they once again did it on purpose to make my drink like crap.
