Took the family for some ice cream. Set my milkshake (which was not made as ordered) on their janky napkin station which consisted of a tray precariously balanced on a narrow wall next to the ice cream. Well, it all came tumbling to the floor, including my milkshake. They came out and cleaned it up, so they definitely earned the generous tip I left. Ordered dinner to go and stopped by the ice cream stand on the way out. The Italian Ice is amazing! They had 4 flavors if I remember correctly. So refreshing! I think there were 16 different ice cream flavors, it was a lot and for sure have something for everyone. I hope I just went on an off day for them. Service was very slow for ice cream at about 1:30 in the afternoon.
