If I could rate them with ZERO stars I would. This is my first negative review for any business but so far my experiences with this particular Zaxby's has been less than satisfactory. My first experience there the wings were tiny, so scrawny they made Pizza Restaurant Wings look like a better value. The second time the food was overcooked including the toast which was burnt black. The third time the wait was excruciatingly long but the food was decent at the time I got it, however they forgot our drinks, sauce, and side items ordered. This now fourth and final time was on my birthday and waited for over 30 minutes for what they described as "fresh food." The wings were both tiny and overcooked, my fries were refried, stale, and they didn't even fill half of the box. To top it all off the toast was soggy and not toasted at all. Due to me recieving the food at closing time, there was no time to call about it. I called the next morning and spoke to the General Manager Nick who only offered to replace what wings I still had and nothing about the fries or toast. Keep in mind this is my first time ever requesting the food to be remade with any of the locations, I've never done it before. When explained that the food was thrown out due to being bad they only offered to give me 50% off of a new order. I went ahead and accepted the discount but I shouldn't have had to pay anything extra due to the quality of the food and of their service . Maybe that's a part of their business practices, to make subpar food and charge the customer even more money to have their mistakes corrected. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this location again. I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from here to risk the quality of their food and waste their time. I'll just travel the extra miles to either Peters Creek Pkwy or Summit Square Blvd locations for much better service...
Read moreI was so pleased with my experience and food last night; I went around 6:30 pm and it was my first time visiting the restaurant. BECAUSE I was so satisfied, I went again tonight to get a meal for myself and my dad; I wanted him to try Zaxby’s for himself. When I asked the young man at the drive thru intercom what Zaxby’s sauce was or what it tasted like, he was honest about being unsure, but he was also being short with me. It seemed as if he had an attitude due to my question. However, he said that he would include Zaxby’s sauce with my order so I could try it. When I arrived at the window, he appeared to be the same guy who serviced me last night, but not as friendly. He made me feel unwelcome and as if I was inconveniencing or annoying him. He shoved my drinks into my hands. As he began packing my completed meal in the bag, I saw what appeared to be him rolling his eyes and removing the Zaxby’s sauce I’d asked for (and that he said he’d give me) and putting it to the side. Furthermore, this may seem trivial, but I ordered the same meal tonight that I ordered yesterday; unlike yesterday, celery wasn’t included. My dad didn’t have it in his food, either. I wanted to asked for ketchup for our fries, but at this point, the young man made me feel so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. IF I ever go back to Zaxby’s, it won’t be through the drive thru and it won’t be at night when the young man is potentially working. Read moreWorst drive thru experience of any restaurant ever. Was there to pick up a Grubhub order for Danielle. Girl at drive thru could barely speak competently and she was slurring her words. I told her twice GH for Danielle. She took the GH card and charged a Doordash order for Austin on the Grubhub card. She repeatedly asked me what I had ordered and I told her three times and she still had no clue. There was a co worker standing there eating wings watching us try to sort the order out. After she asked me for the 5th time what drinks I had I told her to credit the GH card back and that I would drop the GH order. She refused and told me I would have to settle that with Doordash. I askednher for the managers name and she said "I don't know that either." Not only did I lose money on my GH order I will never return to that Zaxbys.
