Hi, I’m a frequent flyer of your Millers over in Wintergarden and Mohammed used to be a shift manager. I guess you would call him, very cordial always welcomed us and now you got this new guy named Enrique, and first of all he came over to the table which he started off OK! With hi I’m new, then proceeded to ask about us and I told him that we were frequent flyers of your restaurant we came once a week with our family and we’ve been doing that for last year and a half and he told me that was very nice and I needed to keep frequent in his restaurant because his wife loved to shop so I got very very offended!! Because I work hard all week to take my family out to dinner, so this man’s wife can shop? Well why don’t I just stop coming to Miller and then I can shop like his wife too. There’s used to be a crowd and now I don’t see it. I don’t see the same in your workers that I did before all these changes. The atmosphere seems a little bit blah and the workers don’t have the same moral they once had. I would definitely attributed these changes to his personality, his demeanor and lack of engagement with his staff. You might want to rethink some decision at this location because although there have been many positive changes, like adding Will as the new GM and replacing Meghan with him, which was a great addition. He’s very friendly, he interacts with your customers and overall is very personable and has a great attitude. Since we have been coming the last year and a half we have always had Kiara AKA. Keys, she is very polite, attentive, well with us and our large parties and complex orders. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our food comes out correctly and comes out all together. When she’s been on vacation, we have had other servers, such as Isaiah, Katie, Danielle, and none of them compare to the customer service she provides. If we were to come in for our weekly family dinner, and she was not here, we would not eat a year establishment. Myself my daughter and my grandson all coordinate our schedules to have off on a Wednesday night so we know we can eat and dine with keys at Miller’s. She is the main reason we come every Wednesday and although we love Crystal, we miss Mohammed we like Will her engagement with us, the Customer Service she provides is unmatched. She simply amazing and a great server. She makes every visit pleasant, and as someone who has been being served by her for over 18 months I couldn’t imagine coming here without having her as our sever. She in the primary reason we choose this establishment to eat at every week. And with todays economy when you take your family out to eat 4 times a month that is around $600 to $700 dollars we spend a month here. But we had this into our budget for not just a family night but also a night with Keys. She’s become part of our family and...
Read moreI recently placed a curbside pickup order with Ale House, and I must say that I was left quite disappointed with the overall experience. The order was made online with a pickup time set for 6:40, but unfortunately, my order wasn’t brought to my car until 7:08, which meant an unexpected and frustrating delay of almost 30 minutes.
What made matters worse was the lack of communication during the prolonged wait. When I inquired about the status of my order at 6:50, I was informed that the staff member handling it was new and unfamiliar with the process. To my surprise, there were two more orders ahead of mine on her board, resulting in further delays.
The inconvenience was compounded by the fact that I was charged a service fee for the supposed convenience of online ordering, but the service provided failed to live up to its promises. The combination of delays, lack of coordination, and inaccurate information left me feeling extremely frustrated.
When we got home, we were missing sour cream and butter for 2 potatoes, as well as the salad dressing for 2 salads. We should have expected issues due to the incompetence experienced earlier.
Having been a loyal customer of Ale House in the past, I must admit that this recent experience fell short of the excellent service I once enjoyed. The mismanagement of the online ordering system and the inability to meet the quoted times are issues that need to be addressed promptly.
I hope that Ale House takes customer feedback seriously and implements improvements to their curbside pickup service. As someone who has previously had great experiences at this establishment, I believe in your potential to rectify these shortcomings and restore the level of service that Ale House is known for.
In conclusion, my recent curbside pickup experience with Ale House was marred by significant delays and miscommunication. I sincerely hope that the necessary steps are taken to prevent such frustrations from recurring in the future.
EDIT: Ale House responded to this review. I did contact Ale House on the website as the reply to the review instructed. There has been no response after filling out the online contact form to me in...
Read moreMy family and I recently attempted to attend Millers for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Upon entering the restaurant was a little busy which is fine. The hostess was rude right off the back and when we requested to sit outside because their dining room was quite chilly she replied rudely with “well you’re still going to have to wait.” We said that was fine and mind you our party was not that big. 6 people that’s it, no kids, all legal adults. We’d been waiting for about 30 minutes so my wife went in to simply check and see if she had an approximate time frame. Not rudely just wanted to check and see what our options were and the hostess again was disrespectful with her tone and facial expressions— like she had absolutely no customer service experience. A little later a couple tables outside had gotten up so my mother in law went to ask if we could split our parties between two tables. The hostess was very rude again and said the only way they could do that was if we split our checks (the tables were directly beside each other one was just a high top). We asked to be speak to the manager because that just seemed silly. When the manager came over and we asked what the problem would be with everything still staying on the same check as the payment would be made together regardless , the manager was just as rude and since they were refusing to accommodate us in the most simple basic way and combined with the attitude of both staff and management we had had enough and elected to leave. We waited for close to 45 minutes and we were not disrespectful or demanding in any way and they treated us quite the opposite. Can’t speak on the food but if it’s as bad as their customer service and restaurant representation I’d say we dodged a bullet. We ended up at Agave Mexican Restaurant down the road and got excellent food...
