As a WG local and new to coffee, I wanted to explore what the city had to offer. Thankfully we are graced with the presence of Otus Coffee. I've been looking fat and wide for a roaster that doesn't break the bank and preferably in FL. Otus is by far the best roaster I've come across in the state. It's also a massive bonus that they are super local to my area. Every roast I've had thus far has exceeded my expectations and they are always roasting new beans.
