Food: 🎶🥪 Pammie’s Sammies isn’t just a sandwich shop—it’s an experience. I ordered the Cubenesque and my dad got the Rubenesque, and both were fresh, flavorful, and packed with ingredients that elevated them well above the average deli sandwich. They definitely live up to their “Best Sandwich Shop in Winter Garden” award.
Service: 🤝 The staff was friendly and welcoming, even with the place being packed. They kept things moving smoothly while still making you feel like a valued guest.
Atmosphere: 🎸 Step inside and it’s like walking into a vinyl record collection come to life. Guitars, posters, records, and nods to musical legends cover the walls, and even the menu is on a record player. For music lovers, this spot is a total gem.

Read moreSigh. Another Florida joint with great reviews and bad food. Came in at 2pm to grab a sandwich and small pizza to go. The restaurant was empty. The order taker assured me the pizza would take less than 5 minutes. 2:12, I still don't have food.
I'm not sure exactly what time it was done, but I swung back inside around 2:20 and it was ready.
I was not ready for: a toasted croissant for my chicken salad sandwich, which made it very dry. Overall, the sandwich was super dry, even the chicken salad, which is not what you want to have out of a chicken salad sandwich. I ate the chicken salad off of the dry croissant.
I got my son a kids pepperoni pizza, and it is bad. I mean, really bad. I brought it home so my husband could try it, and it is nearly inedible. This is coming from a dude with pretty low pizza standards.
I hate leaving bad reviews. Truly, I do. But I spent $26 on a super dry sandwich, an inedible pizza that's going in the garbage, and had really slow service in an empty restaurant.
The atmosphere is cool though, I'll give it that. Sorry to the owners, I wish I could have left a great...
Read moreBeen loving the Tag & Release Amber Ale here and just tried their burger for the first time. I ordered the Groovy. It's a pretty decent burger, and it was cooked to med-rare perfection just like I requested! Couple notes: bun is inferior to the rest of the burger - a bit dry and bland - however, it's sturdy enough to not fall apart, which is a big plus. The lettuce was meager and soggy. I believe lettuce's role is to provide a bit of crunch & freshness to the sandwich, but there were 2 small leaves of very green, soggy lettuce. Didn't add to the experience. Tomatoes were also a bit too thin to add their own freshness & coolness. I'd prefer more black pepper to bring out the beefy flavors a bit more. I requested red onions, but there were only 4-5 very thin, small shavings which I couldn't taste or feel when taking a bite. On a burger this big, it's vital to not go overboard and make the thing too big, messy & clumsy, which they did very well, but perhaps a bit too stingy with the fresh ingredients mentioned above. Overall, I'd...
