A truly terrible dining experience. We were texted that our table was ready and proceeded to the hostess station as instructed. This is where our poor service started. The hostess argued with my parents regarding the highchair for my toddler, which was requested at time of adding our names to the list. The hostess finally admitted that whomever added our names to the list did not indicate the highchair and we had to wait additional time for a table due to their error. Not a problem, we stepped to the side, as the safety of our child is important to us.
We were seated a few minutes later and were abruptly asked "coffee?" before even taking our seats. My parents attempted to engage the waitress for a moment to give me a chance to buckle our toddler into the highchair. My dad ordered coffee, and my mom inquired about other options, as this was our first time at the restaurant. The waitress said "Coke products, zero." I guess indicating that they have Coke Zero? My mom ordered a beverage and I was at this time starting to take my seat at the table. The waitress leaned over my shoulder while holding dirty dishes from another table and said "You?". I asked for a moment to read the menu and shared that it was our first time at the restaurant. The waitress left without acknowledging hearing me speak. She returned less than 60 seconds later and wanted to take our orders. This pacing continued throughout the meal where she came through in a rush demanding that we order, despite the fact that we shared we needed to review the menu. Our food arrived over the span of 14 minutes from first person's meal to the last person's meal. Food was bland and cold, coffee was cold, and we had to procure our own flatware. The waitress brought our check as soon as the last plate was placed on our table. I was questioning myself since this was our first time at the establishment if this was a low-cost dinner style restaurant. When reviewing our bill, the waitress charged us for the syrup for our child's pancake. I have never been upcharged for syrup when ordering pancakes. There are endless more reasons to justify the 1 star. For $60 plus taxes and tip for two adults and one toddler, I would expect to at least have the waitress say hello and the food arrive above the temperature of ice. ...
Read moreDissapointing Waste Of Time On Awful Service, Leadership and Lack Of Quality on Food. Please do not eat here. You will wait forever and be ignored. I want to post picture of my bowl but it wont let me so you can see how burnt my food was.
Came in this past Wednesday between 8 and 9 am. Restaurant was not busy at all only had few people. No hostess no one to greet me. After a few minutes was seated. Waited some more. Finally waitress comes ask me what to drink i say water and I order immediately. Alot of time passes to where I dont get any water waitress passes me a couple times without any communication. Restaurant begins to get busy. Two groups are sat down in this waitress area. Still no water. Finally i get my water by the other waitress. My waitress in fact as I got my water is when she began getting drinks for the other two groups. Like they didnt have to wait at all so what gives right. After awhile another waitress gets my food. A Market Hash Bowl. At first looks good as i begin to eat I notice two things. The bacon is burnt and the potatoes takes like the burnt bacon. I am waiting for my waitress to tell her. I also want some side of salsa with my bowl. She never checks in on me. Finally as time passes as i no longer could tolerate my bowl she comes near the end and she finally ask me how everything is. I communicate to her about her inattentive service, why i waited so long for my water, the issues with the bowl and the fact that she left me stranded and didnt check on me. Then she gave me an attitute and no sincere apology and started to make excuses about the shorthandedness of the restaurant and that online orders were more important. Im very understanding. Communication couldve helped. She then said she would speak to her manager. He comp my meal but did not come out at all to apologize. I was also not the only one to give this feedback there was another group that also expressed the same. Please do not eat at this restaurant they are not passionate about service or if they cared about tips they would put more effort to communicate and check in with their customers and provide the general care the job needs. Second for the price the food is being charged to get a greasy bowl of burnt bacon is also a reflection of the kitchen. It will be awhile before i give this place...
