I had placed my order at 7:37 AM through the mobile app. When I arrived, there were so many cars around the building I attempted to cancel my order through the mobile app, which had already been paid for it but after some digging online, it stated that I needed to go into the store. I got out of my vehicle and attempted to go into the store but to my surprise, the front doors were locked. There was no notice on the front door asked to access for the lobby being limited. I had to get back in line to be able to speak to someone in reference to my order there was a young lady who was very kind and when I asked her, do you know how to cancel orders through the mobile app, a gentleman with a drive-through headset responded to me. No I don’t even have the app, and I told him I’m just wondering because I attempted to access your location through the front doors, but the doors were locked and he proceeded to say there’s only a few people listen, I understand times are tough in finding employees is scarce I told him at least put a sign up because there were so many people that got off when I did attempting to access the store and he proceeded to say I guess we should go home . I’m really hoping that that is not a manager for the store because it’s really sad when you have good employees and poor leadership. I also failed to mention that I had attempted to call the Dunkin’ Donuts number that was listed on Google multiple times, and the phone would ring and then there was no option to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I guess the long and the short of this review is put up a sign on your front door, stating understaffed lobby will be closed, or if there is an option- turn off the mobile ordering option so that you don’t have people who place an order, and then have to be stuck just to try to...
Read moreI came in to order a hot black coffee and there was a young lady waiting to be serviced before me. All of the staff members were ignoring her and the young lady was with her children and seemed to be patiently waiting. She asked the employees if they could please see if the manager was available yet and said nicely i have been waiting 30 minutes. The tall girl with long hair and glasses rolled her eyes and asked me what i wanted to order and completely disregarded the ladies concern. I ordered my drink and paid but i wont be back to this location due to the lack of basic customer service skills. Im not sure why someone would need to wait for 30 minutes to see a manager at a Dunkin Donuts. Once the manager came out i realized the young lady just wanted to receive her points and discount. The transaction between them only took a couple of minutes and there should have been no reason for her to have to wait and be disrespected that way. After the young lady left with her family the employees were talking badly about her and her family. This type of juvenile behavior will destroy a business. If people want to receive their discounts and points that are offered then why give them such a hard time about it? Additionally, the cashier doesn't know what shes doing and does not have a good attitude. There were 5 people including the manager and apparently the manager was doing everything seeing as she was unavailable for 30 minutes while the staff stood around laughing at the girl & her family making them feel uncomfortable and...
Read moreThe incompetency of the worker there, is beyond me. The one who took the order said the Iced signature toasted white chocolate mocha comes with no whip cream or toppings. So I’m like, the picture out there shows differently. When I walk in, “she’s like you got what you wanted,” after I asked, where’s the whip cream, then again, where’s the toppings? “why you complaining?” First off, anyone who pays money for something expects their order to be correct and for her to tell me that drink does not come with what’s it’s supposed to come with?? She then went on to blame the new girl there, who didn’t make it or even take the order. The rude one even said she didn’t know what I ordered even though she made it, it’s on the ordering screen and I was the only one there! I normally don’t leave reviews but when you’re telling customers wrong information and then get rude when questioned about it, you best believe I’m leaving a review. Her boyfriend I’m guessing, who probably got his order free, started getting nasty with me as well. Because like I said, if you pay and your order is wrong, you’re going to ask for the correct one. try apologizing, no manager on duty by the way. I hate to say it, but it’s not rocket science. If they were in my shoes, I’m sure they’d say something as well. Definitely contacting corporate about...
