Compliments to the Chef!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 This local spot eatery here in Winter Haven is Spot on and Delicious, Chef you are on Point. Came in for brunch and decided on the Burger 🍔 😋 👌 This was made with lots of Love ❣️& perfection 👌 the flavors were just right the seasonings was as expected the presentation was very appealing and appetizing. That burger it the hit spot. Your Customer Service personal were very helpful and friendly. They were attentive and well informed with the menu and it's selections. Saw the reviews and decided to pop in and how pleasantly delicious experience we had. Now that was a couple of weeks ago. Now it's Friday and I'm graving some Fish Fry and a Salad 🥗 😋 Decided to give it a go here one more time. You did not disappoint 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 This time I ordered for pick up. By the time I got home the food was still hot smelled great and again the presentation was On Point!! Exactly 💯 what I was graving for. Everything was deliciously fresh & spot on.❣️ Thank You again for your services. Well Done! It's not just the service it's also the quality of freshness and well seasoned foods at a decent price that makes this place exceptional. This place is a must try!! & that Ice Cream Speaks for it's Self... Oh so yummy 😋 🫶 🍨🍦

While looking for a place to eat breakfast one morning we kept running into the same problem everywhere we went. We drove past Fluffy's in Winter Haven's Spring Lake Square and noticed it was not so crowded. We took a chance and happy we did! This has become my go to place for breakfast burritos! They were amazing! Fresh made and filled with eggs and sausage! I also got a biscuit just because I wanted to try one. The biscuit was fluffy (see what I did there) and not dried out like some places. I hate when I start eating a biscuit and it turns into a paste I can hang wallpaper with. These were perfect and the waitress even tracked down some strawberry jam for me. The service was on point! Waitress was always attentive and took really good care of us. My only complaints were the menus were sticky and not wiped down and the coffee had an odd taste to it. Maybe they just cleaned the pot so I'm not letting that push me away! I'm looking forward to going back and trying...

9/11 0930 Walked in and was promptly greeted. Waitress came and took my drink order and told me she’ll be right back. About five minutes later, two gentlemen came in and sat in middle. She promptly took drink order and brought them their drinks and took their food order and then disappeared to the back

i had been sitting here and no one had taken my order. Another young man came in and sat in front of me and got his order taken. I’m looking towards waitress station and the lady at the ice cream station looked at me and said did ya need something? I said yes no one has taken my order.

So waitress comes back over apologetically, gets my order, and said she’ll have them make it right away. She goes up to the cooks and said I need this on the fly please. Not sure if she didn’t explain that she forgot about me.

The lady at the ice cream station says loudly, “it’s a restaurant, not fast food.” Um, excuse me? Won’t be back. Ever. Not even for their yummy Cuban...
