So, did a mobile order, placed it when I parked, I waited 15 minutes for the order, yes that is a long time. Went in to see what was wrong. Tried to get one of the 10 employees standing there attention, the two managers on duty seemed to not care I was waiting there.
I finally asked for some help. Four of the employees turn around look at me, then turn back to continue what they were doing. No "be right with you", no "let me get my manager", NOTHING! Just ignored.
Finally I spoke a little louder to get someones attention as to why my order is now 17 minutes old. Finally a manger comes up to see what I needed. I told her what was up and she simply said, "oh sir I am sorry" and just turned around and walked away. WHAT!!!
No answer why the order was taking too long, no care about me what so ever. Just a quick dismissive "Sorry.. now go away."
Finally the kid who takes the orders out says, "oh I just took that order out" So I again try to get the manger to talk to me, and again she says "sorry for the wait", and again turns around right in the middle of me talking to her and walks away. I was not mean, not being disruptive, I simply wanted to have my problem taken seriously.
The African accented manager needs to be fired or at least retrained in customer service as that type of management is unacceptable. Your suppose to TRY and care for the problem, have a BIT of sympathy. You DO NOT dismiss a complaint with sorry and then ignore the customer.
There are a ton of other places for me to go, so I will. I will never come back here again due to the rude manager and the lack of attention for...
Read moreWhat an awful experience I had today in this McDonald's. Wow! I used my mobile app to order, just some sweets and coffee. I arrived at the place I went to the drive-thru, gave them my code, and she told me everything was ok to come forward. I did it. When I got to the window, they gave me just my mini mcflurry, and then they realized that my order wasn't ready, they told me to pull over in front of the restaurant because they had a line. I waited for my order and a young lady came and told me that they could not give me a Latte at that moment after the time waiting and the cashier told me everything was alright with my order. Instead, they gave me coffee, and I do not understand why it was so complicated because a Latte is a coffee with milk; I did not ask for sugar or whipped cream, just a Latte. I started to get frustrated. Anyway, I'm still waiting for my other sweets and fries. When she came back, she gave me soggy fries, and I ordered a medium size, and it was the size of the value menu inside of medium size. Plus the coffee was completely cold. What a day!!! I will not come back to...
Read moreMcDonald's drive-thru customer service and professionalism leave much to be desired. From my recent experiences, it's clear that the emphasis is on speed rather than quality. The staff often seem disinterested, rushing through orders with little attention to accuracy or courtesy.
Firstly, the communication is abysmal. Orders are frequently incorrect, and it's not uncommon to receive a meal that bears no resemblance to what was requested. When you attempt to address these mistakes, you're met with indifference or hostility from the staff.
Secondly, the level of professionalism is severely lacking. Employees often appear disheveled, and their demeanor is far from welcoming. It's as if they are doing you a favor by serving you, rather than understanding that customer satisfaction is a fundamental part of their job.
In summary, this McDonald's drive-thru customer service and professionalism seem to have taken a backseat, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed. It's high time for McDonald's to reevaluate its priorities and invest in better training and...
