Oh my GOOOOODNESS! I stopped in with my Son on Saturday we shared a strawberry croissant and a sticky bun. They we so good. I told everyone at my work about it and on Tuesday we made a run to the bakery and we all got to try some of the sweet treats. Even our vegan and gluten free employes enjoyed it. Everyone raved about the pastries. Every bite is as good as the first one. The owner is a beautiful person with true talent for baking. ADD ON My Husband had a favorite cake growing up. I tried so hard to make it and never could get it right. It was his Grandmother's recipe. Noisettes made it perfect the first time. it was delicious. This sweet little bakeshop is a delightful addition to Winter Haven, and one I hope the residents will support for years to come. The woman behind the counter was kind and friendly, and patiently helped us as our children had trouble deciding what to get. We ended up trying one of almost everything they offered and it was all delicious. My cinnamon roll was out of this world and definitely worth going back for again. Just got home with my little treats and oh. My. Goodness. By far the best croissants I’ve had in a while. I tried a plain, everything, and almond croissant and they were all perfection. Flaky on the outside, moist on the inside. To my surprise the everything croissant had filling too! Super clean shop, kind and friendly staff, reasonable prices.
