Let me just say this was definitely the best place to come to when you are in need of a not only a tremendous product but tremendous service. I came in one day before my proposal to my girlfriend and I was COMPLETELY STRESSED OUT. I just never really had anything planned and a lot of things had gotten in the way prior. I went in to have my wedding ring resized. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They explained why I didn't necessarily need them resized, how attaching a ring guard over both my engagement ring and wedding band would work and would help to keep the integrity of the ring itself (because resizing a ring where diamonds share prongs effects the integrity of the prongs holding those diamonds, which I didn't know). They didn't talk down to me but explained so I could make an educated decision. I priced multiple jewelers amd they were the lowest price.
